A lovely hotel to accommodate my husband and I during our visit in Rome. Location was perfect, as it was very convenient to all shopping, dining, café, transportation, options, and various sites. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and the check-in and checkout process was Very easy. Our host was very kind, friendly and helpful and even helped arrange for a taxi to the train station. Overall, I would highly recommend.

It was easy to check-in. We arrived late hours, no problem with entering the property. The room was big for the 3 of us and the bathroom is clean. Restaurants across the Guesthouse was very good. Trevi Fountain and other points of interest is walkable. Surprise free Continental breakfast available after 9 am. Great place to stay in Rome.

We enjoyed our stay at Trevi Contemporary Suite. The room was clean and spacious. There is a walk in closet perfect for storage and bathroom was big. The location is excellent. Close to the Trevi fountain and the other main landmarks. Everything is walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little spot in Rome

From the outside it doesn't look like much but once inside it is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent here and we were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions. Even the train station is walkable if you're not carrying suitcases. We would happily return here if we return to Rome.

The check-in went flawlessly thanks to Luca. He also reviewed the area on a placemat-sized paper map and gave us suggestions of areas to see that augmented the tours we had already scheduled. Overall he made sure we had everything we needed as well as coffee and tea in the morning. Great location.

I can confidently say that I will return to this hotel. It was impeccably clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain with fantastic restaurants nearby. My family and I felt completely safe throughout our stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for sightseeing and photo opportunities. I truly have no complaints. A perfect 10 out of 10!

I had a good stay at this property. I enjoyed that it was quiet. They have a keyless lock on all the doors so that was nice because I didn’t have to worry about carrying a key. They also have a water station so you can have water whenever and not worry about buying that which was a huge bonus. There were some things that bothered me that might have changed my decision to stay there. There was an unusual smell that came up from the shower drain every time I stepped in and turned on the water. It would only last a couple of seconds but it was unpleasant. Another thing I didn’t like is that if you stayed more than 4 nights, they would only change your towels once every 3 days and if you needed more towels they would charge you 4 euros. After my third day, they must’ve forgot to replace my towels because they just took my dirty ones and didn’t give me any new ones till I asked for a new one. Also they don’t have a 24/7 reception so I had to wait for the next day to ask for a fresh towel. Additionally, there’s a Rome tourist tax per person per night per stay. For whatever reason, it was assumed that I had two people during my stay because I had a friend over for a couple hours on one day and I got charged for 2 people. Not sure why that was assumed since no one saw me check in and I was almost never around because I was walking all day but I wasn’t asked and I was charged. I pointed it out and correct it and was given a refund in euro but I will have to pay extra for conversion

Nice location to conveniently walk to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We were not given our breakfast vouchers in time and had to pay out of pocket the first morning. The hotel was unable to refund us and told us to contact Expedia. This was a huge inconvenience and a hassle. Still has not been resolved.

Location & Comfort in Rome!

Nice stay! Clean, comfortable, great location. We had two issues, minor ones. Hair dryer broke and some other guest broke coffee machine in shared area, hairdryer immediately replaced, and the great guy who was at the desk, made us coffee and brought it to my husband. Highly recommend. We walked all over Rome to walkable destinations….perfectly located.
