Perfect

Perfect location in hip Trastevere. Beautiful building with wide stairs and helpful elevator for our luggage. A second bed in an alcove was exactly what we needed for another family member on the night before our flight home. Angelo was quick to meet us when we arrived two hours before we thought we would, and friendly and gracious as he showed us around the unit. Huge bathroom for an old Rome building. Everything spotless and new.

Great location in Trastevere

We really enjoyed our stay at Trastevere Sweet Dream. It's in a great location near many restaurants, looks newly renovated and was very comfortable and very large for a European room. One thing we didn't realize when booking on Hotels.com is that it's more of an Airbnb type of accomodation and not an actual hotel. We arrived mid-morning and were not sure how to get into the building. It all got sorted out very quickly, however, I would advise calling or e-mailing the management the day before your arrival to arrange to be let in. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay.

We were just here for one night but were impressed with how nice this was. The room was clean, comfortable and ample sized, and the bathroom was very large with a really nice sized shower. There is a shared small kitchen (refrigerator, stove, hot kettle.) with the only other room on the floor. The room has been updated and modernized.

Worth it once you find it!

This hotel was beautiful! The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is because it was so hard to find. We walked around the block multiple times and asked people if they knew where the hotel was located, but no one seemed to know. I ended up calling the hotel even though I didn't add calls to my international cell phone plan, but the owner definitely made up for it. He was apologetic, and the other lady who works there was quick to come to the hotel and let us in the building. It looked like there were only two rooms at this hotel, but that made it very quiet and enjoyable. The room was gorgeous! It was very clean and spacious with lots of storage space and a huge bathroom! We stayed in 4 hotels on our Europe trip, and this room was our favorite one! Now that we know where it is, we would definitely go back when we're in Rome again!

Hotel is in a nice location. Hidden inside a normal building, you wouldn't even know it's a hotel from looking at it. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good place go stay!
