A special shout-out to Karolina, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience. She was attentive, professional, and always made us feel welcome. We’d also like to thank Francesco, the exceptional restaurant server, who provided top-notch service with a warm, friendly attitude. His attention to detail and care truly made our meals even more enjoyable. Lastly, Giulia, the gracious hostess, made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. St Regis Rome is a magnificent hotel Location, excellent, staff, excellent, good, excellent, charm, incredible. Everything about this hotel is magical.
