If this hotel was 4 star - then very disappointing, the breakfast was not good. No toaster , juice watery. Very unrated, would not have breakfast here again, Room cleaning service good. The bath/shower was slightly dangerous as no slip mat or handle to help you out of it after bathing, ok if young but not good for were older. Shower compartments would be a better option and safer. Central and walking distance of most sightseeing destinations. Good as close to train station within walking distance. Some of staff we felt were not particularly welcoming. I would not rate this as a 4 star. hotel. We have stayed in other 4 stars hotels in major .cities and they we have rated them better than this. Would use again as base, but only because of distance to Station and locations we wanted to visit. Definitely would not bother with hotels breakfast, awful.

The property was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The only problem was there are no enclosures for the shower so you had to be very careful not to spray water outside the shower. There were plenty of coffee shops and lunch spots within walking distance. The restaurant was excellent.

The most spacious room we’ve had in our travels in Italy. Clean and modern. Our room placement was a bit unfortunate as there was a lot of indoor foot traffic past it in the mornings that could be a bit loud, but overall a nice and comfortable place to stay, in a great location.

I would've given this hotel a higher score; however, there was mold/water damage in my bathroom and insects crawling around (silverfish). I hate how this hotel also nickel/dimes for their amenities (e.g. 9 extra euros to use the gym and very high price to do laundry). Overall, would be a five star hotel if they clean up these items and didn't nickel & dime their customers.

The rooms are very nice and clean. All amenities are furnished. The staff are excellent and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is convenient with great food. This is the second time I stayed at the Hive and I would highly recommend.

Having to pay to use the gym no iron or microwave available they have a steamer if you have it more than 1 hour there’s a fee for that. Elevators where down Breakfast was very sub par and expensive for what we received.

We arrived at the hotel, but they told us to come the next day because there were no rooms. When we complained, the manager came out and gave us a room that was smaller than the room we booked. We did not receive VIP access.

The hotel is overall good. There was good amount of noise from the adjacent room whole night. The floor plan of the rooms is not good. It was difficult to find the lift, room, etc.

Very modern and clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and the check-in was easy. Spa facilities on site were good. The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to the collosem and other local attractions. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful. The only complaint is that some random people where graffitiing the wall next to the hotel and 2ce I saw a man peeing by the bridge out in the open . If they could but trash bins and cigarette collectors by the entrance, I feel like that would encourage people not to litter and will that will make the property more prosperous. Thank you for the great stay , I enjoyed my time in Rome .
