Perfect place to stay in Roma

This was our best place to stay on our vacation so far. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location is awesome. Parked our car for the whole time in free parking one block away and walked everywhere. The front desk woman actually had us follow her to her spot and gave it too us. Unbelievable service made our stay perfect

The staff of this property are wonderfully warm and helpful. Although they do not maintain a 24 hour desk, they made it clear that they were available by phone if needed. The staff offered me a glass of wine or other drink upon my arrival and each afternoon when I returned for a rest. The rooms are quite small and simple, but the location is fantastic. Simple breakfast items are left in the room and other snacks and drinks are in a mini fridge and are included in the price. Taxi stand is within 100 feet.

Convenient location with delicious dining nearby. I liked that the fridge came stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks and our shower was spacious and had a nice rain shower head. The pillows were thin but that’s ok. The staff was very friendly.

Our schedule was off kilter from the start of our stay in Rome! The only constant and thing we could count on was the Sun suite Pantheon!!!! Every time we had an issue they helped us and made our stay fantastic!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Suite! We had a view of some historic sites right outside our window, with cafes and restaurants on every corner! One thing I didn't make note of when I booked was it's right along the metro/rail line, so it was a tad loud at night and would vibrate the building when the train would pass, but it was manageable. Lot so storage space - shelves/closet for our things! The receptionist was exceptional! She was so kind, allowed us to check out a tad later too. Upon arrival, she asked if we wanted wine (complimentary). She brought it to our room - it was a full bottle, with little apertifs/snacks that came with it on a beautiful tray. Also all drinks/snacks in the fridge were included/complimentary which was awesome!

Actually they are a total scam they did not even show up for the reservation we got to their establishment and no one was at their office we rang the bell we spent 4 hours in Naples Italy waiting outside their place on Easter week and they never showed up we had to find another hotel although they did take our money but we are working on that refund I can't believe that Expedia would have someone like that on their site we paid in advance and we showed up we saw other people in the building and they said they have never seen anybody in that office and they allegedly have six units on the floor there we had to scramble at the last minute we found a place called I rooms which were amazing they set us up with two different hotels for the four days that we were stranded thanks to Sun suites

One of the best things in Rome

We went to Rome the 29 and 30 of November to celebrate my mum's birthday. Before we arrived, the guy in the reception contacted us by WhatsApp. We kindly told us that the room was ready before the check-in time. He explained everything to us so nicely and also recomended places to have some food. The day we left the hotel, as was sunday and nobody was in the reception to keep our luggage, he let us leave the bags in the room until we need. There was no next guest in the room so we could let the bags inside. We were so grateful for that gesture. We definitely recommend to come to this little hotel. Maybe it's not huge and extravagant, but the guy is so nice and helpful. If we come back, sure we will go back to this hotel.

Beautifully decorated room, very spacious and very comfortable and luxurious. Location was excellent! Staff was kind and helpful. A few things regrettable was that there was a coffee machine, but no coffee, and the shower was filthy. Drain was plugged and had to turn off water every few minutes for it to drain. Walls and corners and faucets were very dirty. Pillows are very tired/flat. Spare pillows in closet didn’t have pillow cases, staff leaves after 6 so you can’t ask for more when you realize you need them. Only one roll of very flimsy toilet paper. But the takeaway pizza shop down stairs is to die for!

Quel séjour !!!!

Quel séjour ! Une équipe compétente et réactive : discussion possible par WhatsApp et Téléphone, organisation des check-in et check-out pour éviter le stress du jour J. Hôtel situé en plein cœur de la ville à quelques mètres de la Piazza Venezia. Pas besoin de prendre le métro, tout se fait à pied. En prime, un petit restaurant au pied de l’hôtel excellent et une balade possible le soir vers la fontaine de Trévi a seulement 10min à pied. Notre chambre était propre, bien équipé, moderne et le lit king size tellement confortable ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et cette équipe.
