Maryam was the most lovely host and my room was absolutely perfect. It was my first time in Italy traveling as a solo female and this accommodation was exactly what I needed. Clean, spacious, lovely view overlooking streets of Rome and close proximity to tourist sites. On arrival Maryam gave me a map and showed me all the sites and how to get to everything. At the time of checkout she was gracious in allowing me to check out at a later time to accommodate my train schedule. Another bonus was that they have an elevator which made handling luggage much easier.

The location is great, walking distance to everything. The best thing about our stay there was the owner. She went out of her way to help us and tell us where to visit. Even to the extent of booking restaurants and transport for us. We had a great time in Rome and this is a very good little hotel that we would recommend.

Property was difficult to find, but in a great location. Somewhat noisy as it was just off a busy street, but that is the trade off for such a great location. Close to Metro, Trevi Fountain, & Spanish steps.

Best stay in Italy!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! Very convenient to the metro, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Modern and updated rooms in a perfect location for shopping as well. The owner was so wonderful as well, helpful every step of the way in finding nearby parking and recommendations for food and attractions. I will never stay anywhere else! 11 out of 10 stars!

Fantastic location

The hotel is in a fantastic location with short walks to all the major sights. It's just off a main road so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars right outside. even though it is near a major street, it has a quiet, peaceful feel and you can get a good night's sleep. The owner is lovely and gives you all the information and more you could want and need. She gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and all the ones we tried were super. Fantastic hotel for a couple exploring the city's sights.

We stayed for 3 days for my fiancé's birthday and had an amazing stay! The host is absolutely brilliant. She arranged our transfer, and arranged flowers for my fiancé - she even insisted on not charging me for this. She helped us with plenty of recommendations and was always on hand to help. The property was in a very central location and we found this very useful as we were able to walk to all the attractions and best restaurants. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Rome and we will definitely be back!

Gem in Rome

We loved this place. Excellent location. The host is fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Clean, modern and very nicely done. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, nice shower with high pressure hot water and a great view of the city streets. absolutely lovely place and we will be staying again when we return to Rome. We can not say enough good things about this place. LOVED IT!

Your water and heating is in control of owner, you have to ask for turning hot water and heating on if you come back to your room early.Guess it’s on timer for few hrs in morning and evening. Very inconvenient if you are traveling with family.

First of everything since we made the reservation Doha the owner of the place send us an email welcoming us to the hotel In case that we need transportation or any other services One or two days before arriving she contacted again to have instructions how to get to the place and to check if she can help us with something check at what time was our arrival and as soon as we arrive to Rome send us a text to welcome us to Rome Call our driver to see if he was on time and a lot of details that we never saw in another stays in Rome or other parts of the world. As soon as we arrive she welcomed us to the Hotel and showed us around teach us how to move around the area and everything related to our elegant suite We will like to thank her for the bottle of Wine it was an excellent touch Keep the good service congratulations for an excellent Job And we will see you again soon

Maryam was very helpful in checking us in. She gave lots of recommendations of the area and helped with transportation suggestions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit in Rome. Very convenient location and very easy checkout. Most importantly the room was very clean and had access to internet, fridge and coffee for morning. Likely would stay here again in our next visit!

I initially booked Comfort suit room with city view but when I came they said there never had such kinda room and it was Expedia that put in wrong information. They ended up giving me a regular double room. When I told them I paid more to be in comfort suit they kept saying it’s Expedia mistake. Spoke to Expedia to resolve clarify the problem but they also had a hard time reaching the owner. The receptionist girl tried to reach back to the owner to define the problems to help us and the owner said she will give me partial refund. The difference of the price I paid was $87 as the receptionist showed me. The next day when we checked out the receptionist said the owner will PayPal us. I gave them 2 days and they never did. The room itself has a weird placement for the AC so it’s never cold enough. The overall experience was just obnoxious. It’s crazy to read someone’s comment who has the same experience. Wondering if they plan to scam us this way…
