Simple no frills hotel near train station

Simple hotel with no ammenities near main train station in Rome. Hotel doesn't reach out to you for check in instructions, so it's up to you to do it. Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours of night. Not a place for extended stay, we just did one night, before flight out of Rome.

Di speciale NULLA.... Parlo per quanto riguarda la mia stanza: al mio arrivo l’ho trovata fredda, senza alcuna coperta aggiuntiva “solitamente in armadio” condizionatore KO e materasso infossato. Esperienza negativa.

ホテル入り口のブザーにホテル名は記入されていないので初めは戸惑うと思いますが、テルミニ駅にも近くてホテル前には492番の路線が通るバス停があるので便利です。 492番は長距離バス停のあるティブルティーナ駅始発でバチカンへも行けます。

a volte piccole cose...

E' una buona sistemazione. In 5 minuti stai a termini ed in 20 minuti con la metro stai al centro! Però a volte piccole cose ovvero: l'armadio è un po' danneggiato (pende) Secondo me un falegname in 5 minuti lo rimetterebbe in sesto! Anzi non l'ho segnalato speriamo che non me lo addebitano. Poi la doccia, non tira: in 5 minuti togli l'ingorgo e non si rimane con i piedi in mezzo all'acqua. Il cavo doccia è rovinato: con 5 euro da brico lo compri ed alla fine: non puoi mettere gli sgabelli della SNAI dove si mangia!!! Già uno viene a Roma per scordare le slot ma con gli sgabelli della SNAI...TUTTO SOMMATO UNA BUONA STRUTTURA

Zonder vooraf bericht werden we naar een ander hotel verwezen, er waren problemen met het water. We hadden het idee dat het vol geboekt zat. Het andere hotel werd gewezen op de kaart en moesten verder zelf uitzoeken. Het andere hotel kwam troosteloos over.

Zonder vooraf een bericht werden we naar een ander hotel verwezen omdat er iets was met lekkage. Waarin we twijfelde, we hadden het idee dat het vol zat. Ze wezen het andere hotel aan op de kaart maar moesten zelf zoeken en dit hotel kwam troosteloos over.

テルミニ駅に近いホテル

駅に近いが、静かでとても良かった。シャワーのドアが壊れていて、知らせたらすぐに直しにきてくれました。朝食付き(パンと飲み物)、コーヒーはマシンで落としていてとても美味しかった。部屋は広くて清潔。ローマに出かけたらまた泊まりたい。

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, staff molto cortese, materasso comodo. Essendo la stanza molto vicina a due portoni d'ingresso con continue entrate / uscite anche in ore serali tardi non è stata assicurato il silenzio necessario per riposare.

Great hotel.

This hotel is great! The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, the bed was comfy, unfortunately the pillows were a little lumpy though. Staff were nice and helpful and the on the go breakfast was great. Location was good so long as you don't mind a little bit of walking. Main attractions were about a thirty minute walk. I will stay here again when I return in two weeks.

Rugby Weekend

Need to think about refurbishment and soundproofing between rooms. Screaming parents and kids in next room all day and night. Bouncing off walls did not help either. Would have used breakfast facilities but they were in another block. otherwise fine.

Lots of grafitti all around the property and a little scary from the outside but the room is ok

The room was as expected, clean and nice enough but the people were rude. They did not send any information or confirmation. it took almost a half hour to get the information on checking in from VRBO. VRBO said they should have sent it and the people on check in said VRBO should have sent it. I was billed 2 times and had to argue with then to get my money back for the duplicate charge as they insisted that VRBO did not charge me. I showed them the billing charge on my phone and then they gave it back to me the next day. If the people were nicer I would have given it a better score.

Ok, maar hek lijkt net gevangenis

De kamer was groot genoeg, maar wat ik het ergste vond was het hek rond het hotel, het was beter geweest als ze de gasten ook een sleutel gaven van de poort om binnen te komen, want s'avonds laat zie je geen steek als je de bel moet zoeken, er staat een grote boom voor en als je niet goed kunt zien in het donker dan weet je niet op welke van de tientallen knoppen je moet drukken, vreselijk, ik heb moeten schreeuwen of iemand de deur open wilde maken, maar niemand hoorde iets! Ik heb wel 15 tot 20 keer moeten bellen voordat de poort openging, voor mij nooit meer in dit hotel.

Einmal und nie wieder!!

Wir haben eine Zeit lang das Hotel gesucht, es ist von außen nichts oder nur ganz klein ersichtlich dass diese Wohnanlage ein Hotel sein soll. Von außen waren ein paar Klingeln und wir klingelten bei Serendipity. Wir kamen rein und es waren 3 Eingänge ersichtlich, schauten wieder am Klingelschild und klingelten bei Serendipity... Es gingen da gerade Leute rein, also gingen wir mit...Es war ein großes Haus mit vermutlich 5 oder 6 Stockwerken und wir suchten die Rezeption....im 4. Stock angekommen haben wir einen Mitarbeiter vom Hotel entdeckt, jedoch waren wir im falschen Haus.... wir mussten wieder runter und in den nächsten Eingang zur Rezeption. Einen Lift gab es einen aus Gitter für max. 2 Personen + Gepäck, aber es war sehr eng, genauso wie jede Tür und die Dusche! Der Check-In war ganz ok, mussten noch eine Ortstaxe (3,50 € pro Person+Nacht) zahlen und ein Mitarbeiter führte uns zu unserem Zimmer im 3. Eingang, im 3. Stock. Wir bekamen 4 Schlüssel! Das Zimmer war ganz in Ordnung, es war alles da was man brauchte. Bett war sehr weich, der TV funktionierte (kein einziger deutscher Sender) und die Klima funktionierte auch....bis am nächsten Tag die Putzfrau die Klima ausmachte und alles verstellt war. Wir hatten sogar einen kl. Kühlschrank und einen Safe dabei, jedoch konnte man diesen nicht bedienen. Wir haben Frühstück dazu gebucht, jedoch ist für mich ein Saft, ein Kaffee und ein trockenes Croissant kein Frühstück und so waren wir dort nur 1x frühstücken!

駅チカのコスパの良いホテル。

テルミニ駅近くのホテルで探していたところ、このホテルを見つけました。宿泊代金がお安かったのですが、お部屋の清潔さやスタッフの感じ良かったので、気に入ってます。朝食はりょうはふつう、味はまあまあでした。でも悪い印象はありませんでしたよ。

テルミニ駅に近くて便利

アパートメントタイプの客室で、６泊しました。シャワールームのドアが壊れていたが、すぐに直してくれた。シャワーの湯量もよく、朝食のパンもおいしかった。何といってもカフェオレがおいしく２杯も飲みました。Wi-Fiもよく繋がりました。
