We stayed in 4 hotels during 2 weeks in Italy. This gets the worst score. Took over 24 hours to get an extra pillow- desk clerk telling me they were out. The Jacuzzi pool water was tepid and the Jets were barely perceptible. To use the sauna you need to give an hour notice so they can heat it. There is supposed to be a waterfall over the jacuzzi pool . It never worked. There are no towels anywhere in the pool/locker room area area, and no soap. The room was good. Front desk unhelpful when asked anything. So it’s not a two star hotel but amenities are zero.

We had a lovely stay at Rose Garden. A beautiful hotel, our family especially enjoyed the pool. The location was great, a 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain and lots of restaurants nearby. A bit of luxury to end our holiday with.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome. It is in a safe area and you can walk to several things. They have a wonderful pool that is nice after a long day. The staff is great and we traveled with very small children and this place was perfect for them.
