la camera non aveva un buon servizio di acqua calda , non ho potuto fare la doccia. Non era compresa la prima colazione, quando qualunque bed and breakfast ne serve uno abbondante e si paga metà prezzo

Servizio impeccabile! Struttura totalmente ristrutturata, tutto pulito e in ordine. La proprietaria é stata gentilissima rispondendomi al telefono nonostante fosse molto tardi salvandomi così da una notte senza tetto!

깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 다음날 비행기 때문에 아침 일찍 출발해야 했는데 전날 저녁에 조식을 미리 갖다주셔서 좋았습니다.샤워실에 물이 잘 빠지지 않는점이 조금 아쉬웠지만 전체적으로 만족한 숙소 입니다.

It’s great place to stay. My husband and I were looking for something near the train station to stay our last two nights italy. We reserved the room the same day of our arrival and everything was perfect. The host was waiting for us, help us with our luggage and take us to the room. The room is super nice very modern decoration. Perfect space and has mirrors, tables, extra chairs and also has a real blower. The bathroom was incredible and a comfort bed. Everything was clean. They serve breakfast in the room. We actually told the cleaning lady that wasn’t necessary the breakfast for the second say because we were leaving very early but she took care and made arrangement for us so we could have at least some if the breakfast serve the night before. Lovely. The host was super nice and very helpful. Super recommended!

Good location, clean and quiet.

The location was pretty practical only a few blocks from Termini station being still in a quiet area. The B&B was fine and clean. The service was friendly until we checked out; after that it gor a bit less service-minded.

小さなことばかりなのです。例えば棚が斜めに落ちていて使えないとか、鍵が全て、とても使いにくいとか、アメニティが全然足りないとか、お水はただということでしたけれど、二日目に入れても立っていなかったので冷蔵庫とを使ったら料金がかかったり、石鹸に至ってはなぜか最後の日だけついてきました。 でも小さなことが積み重なって、総合的によかったという評価にしにくいです。悪いわけではありません。 またこの辺りはどちらかというと、裏通りな感じです。 娘はもう少しいい評価をするかもしれませんが、私はサービスも毎日バラバラとか、鍵が使いにくいというのが、年齢的にも力がないのできつかったです。

역에서 먼것 빼고 가격대비 완벽!

테르미니역에서 거리가 조금 멀다는 것 빼고는 진짜 완벽한 숙소였어요! 가격대비 진짜 좋은데 역에서 멀다는 점이 조금 아쉽.. 엘리베이터도 킹스맨처럼 신기해서 동영상도 찍었네요. 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋아요. 아! 봥움이 쫌 않됂돠눈껏또 돤쩜이긘 하눼요. 옆빵웨숴 긔췸하눈 숴릐가 둘릘정둬...둴둴. 옛날 건물을 리모델링해서 그런것같아요.

Keys to a home away from home

This place may seem odd at the beginning- it is located in a residential building, first floor which opens into probably an apartment converted into rooms with a bathroom. But don’t let that deter you, the rooms are recent, spacious and have excellent AC. The included breakfast is delivered daily to your room; I would have liked more choice but there is bar close by for better coffee. It is surprisingly quiet, close to the university and a 10 minute walk from the train station. A lot of lesser known/visited sights are closed by (like the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and St Mary of the Angels) for which you’ll be grateful to be staying on the north side of the train station. There is also easy access to tour operators near by. Overall a great location, a spacious room and pleasant staff always willing to help and give advice. I would stay here in a minute.

スタッフの対応がかなり良かったです。説明も丁寧でしたし、部屋まで荷物を運んでくれました。また、無料の朝食サービスがあるのですが、その時間までにチェックアウトをする必要があったので諦めていたのですが、前日の夜に部屋まで持ってきてくれました。場所もテルミニ駅から徒歩圏内なので利便性は高いと思います。 注意点としては、9時までにチェックインしないと受付が閉まってしまうので、遅れる場合は事前連絡などが必要だと思われます。チェックイン以降は鍵をもらえるので24時間出入り可能です。

Staff were welcoming , we were able to check in earlier than proposed, the hotel was in a good location it’s a little walk from termini perfect for getting about on the underground (metro) restaurant is really nice next door to the hotel, staff also went out of there way to give us breakfast for an early check out , we would stay again x

Just okay

Nice area but very small. Requested twin beds but had one double. Small shower. Good breakfast and good selection; would have loved to a bigger space... it was crowded and a wait. We asked for more body soap at the front desk but they made us go upstairs to our room to call them just for them to bring it to us. Don’t understand why we couldn’t get it while we were downstairs vs having to wait.
