Great location!

This hotel is in a great location. 10 minute, easy walk from Rome Termini! Many restaurants in the area. It’s a little confusing because it is one of several hotels in the building and you must ring at its entrance to gain initial entrance. The staff was helpful.

Secure, close to train terminal, restaurants and walking distant to some historic attractions. Need to do the online register to get the instructions to access the property, the rest is easy. Had welcome package of fruit and wine. Room was clean, modern, well kept.

We loved to stay this hotel, it was very comfortable. Real problem is Expedia operation for this kind of accommodations that do not have reception desk for check-in. We had various difficulty and troubles in other places. Expedia should seriously consider for improvement.

be careful with check in time, but very nice

I'm not sure they make it clear enough that the latest check-in is 6pm without advanced notice, which would have been fine had our flight not been late. While they did not respond to several messages I sent about a late check in, they did quickly respond once I called them. They were very helpful and the room was quite nice for the price and in a great location. Just be aware that there is no shower due to the large hydro-tub.

Love this hotel

Wonderful stay and great location! I would just suggest they add a mirror in one of the bedrooms but that is a minor suggestion. Charming and very comfortable place!

Lovely room with nice amenities. However……the bed was dreadfully uncomfortable and I got no sleep. The air conditioner is on its last legs and incredibly loud all night. If those two things were fixed, I’d be easily giving this place 4-5 stars

Struttura vicino la stazione termini, a piedi dista 5 minuti. Nella struttura presente gratuitamente un distributore di acqua, macchina caffè, e la possibilità di utilizzare una sauna e bagno turco. Il bagno turco peccato non era funzionante... Ottima la camera con idromassaggio annesso
