Good sized room with kitchenette and large bathroom for a very reasonable price. The location was very good. Quiet and safe, close to metro and bus routes, with much of Rome in walking distance and plenty of good local dining options. Complimentary water, milk and snacks were much appreciated. This is rooms in a residential apartment block not a hotel so no communal facilities.

Well located accommodation very close to Piazza del Popolo. Very nice room and good communication. Limited reception and no other facilities really but that was not an issue for us - rooms cleaned daily. I would stay again .

Its great for family with kids. The location is awesome as it is walkable to many landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The check-in/out process was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helped arrange our taxi to airport.

The perfect area , close to the Spanish steps and in a higher end area , this small very clean hotel is one of the best I’ve been to in Rome , you look out over a quiet court yard area . I would go again.

Wonderful!

The services were good and location of the hotel is excellent ! Walking distance to the Trevi fountain , Spanish steps and Pantheon .so easy to also get a taxi

Beautiful stay in the Aqua Marina suite - 2 parents, 3 teens. Excellent location- 15 mins walk to Forum & 30 to Vatican. Kitchen was great & restocked daily with everything including fresh oranges for juicing. Great air conditioning, plenty of hot water, attentive service. Highly recommend.

Loved the spaciousness of 2 bedroom areas (although no dividers betwern walls at ceiling so can hear everything in the entire apartment) amd so nice and having 2 bathrooms, we were a party of 4, this was in a great area with so many options to shop and dine! Will return on next trip to Rome! Highly recommend! Staff was very accommodating!

Excellent stay for 2 nights for our family of five in Rome following a cruise. Terrific central location with easy access to taxi, metro, or bus, and very walkable. The staff was very responsive to queries in advance, both through Expedia messaging and WhatsApp. They made taxi reservations for us for transport from the port to the property and from the property to the airport. We had reserved an extra bed as well, and the bed was in place and the room was ready by the time we arrived from the port. The two-bedroom room had plenty of space and the continental breakfast basket and espresso pods were replaced each day. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Rome was amazing. A big part of this was because of our stay at Ripetta 25. Comfortable, clean with helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and questions answered by WhatsApp within minutes. A little deceiving to stay breakfast included but the snacks and drinks replenished daily were an added bonus. Everything you need in a small kitchen. Very close to all tourist attractions (walkable to most). Although the room we stayed in (Amethist) could do with a little updating, it was clean and quiet (once window was shut). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Paolo's care and attention to detail for optimizing a guest's user experience, needs and expectations is outstanding. The inn itself is very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The area is relievingly quieter than other chaotic parts of Rome, yet it's beautiful and epic in its own right, with the Tiber River, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the beautiful Piazza Del Popolo just down the street. No shortage of shops and amenities. If looking for excellent food at a decent price, I recommend trying PizzaRé, which is about a 30-second walk away from the hotel. I can't recommend this room enough, and we thank Paolo for his outstanding hospitality. It'll certainly be our go-to place next time we're in that area.

We had an amazing time at Ripetta 25. The apartment was plenty of space for my family of 5. The little kitchen was so convenient for having coffee and simple breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean and it was so easy to walk everywhere or take the metro from the Flaminio or Spagna stations. We walked to Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain easily. There was a Salumeria super close where we bought fresh salami, prosciutto, and bread for sandwiches. The restaurants around the corner were so close and we had amazing meals. Highly recommend Ripettta 25.
