Pozor na recepcii si účtujú 15€ den

Ubytovanie v rezidencii ij rioni polohoha ok,vaša stránka nemá dostatočne informácie o skrytých poplatkoch rezidencie ,15€upratovanie na deň ,boli sme tri noci 45€navyše sme museli zaplatiť ,vaše nízke ceny ktoré udávate na vašej stránke si musí potom klient doplatiť a to nerobí dobrú recenziu ,radšej dajte celu sumu a bude to ok......,ide tu o princíp a nemusia byt dotahovacky na recepcii ,recepčné sa vyhovárajú že to nie je ich problém ,problém je Hostels.com ,im záplat a ostatne si mame riešiť s vami .Po tejto skúsenosti nebudem odporúčať ubytovanie ,ani Vašu stránku .Budem si doplatok za službu upratovanie vymáhať od Vás .Poslem Vám faktúru za úhradu v rezidenza i rioni guesthauze.Celkovy dojem iba vyhodac(poloha)zastávka metra pri rezidencii .

Great in overall

Residenza i Rioni is great in overall. Service is good, very pleasant and helpful. Location is awesome, subway almost in the front door and buses to main locations in Rome. Room is very clean, beds are confortable, very nice breakfast and wi-fi. I have only two issues about: There are only one plug available in the room (except if you unplug TV and fridge). This is the second issue, the fridge is very tiny.

Vicinissima alla farmacia della metropolitana Lepanto, quindi molto comoda per gli spostamenti, camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, unico neo nella colazione potrebbe essere aggiunto qualcosa di salato.

Exceptional service from Georgina front desk staff. She saw me try to get a hostel and offered me a very good price to stay for a 3rd night. And then last minute she let me stay in the same room. So kind and friendly. The place is quiet and away from the centre but perfect location for a good walk. It’s also super close to the subway line, if you prefer. Safe and easy access, clean, good for solo female traveller. I liked it a lot, would stay here again.

Localização muito boa !! O que decepcionou foi a cobrança da taxa de limpeza que não foi avisado na chegada. Disseram apenas que tinha o imposto pra pagar que é padrão. Pagamos 20 euros por dia de limpeza. Um absurdo. O Box do banheiro não funciona e o mesmo alaga.

Η Ρωμη ειναι μια εκπληκτικη πολη. Τη συνιστω ανεπιφυλσκτα σε ολους. Ειναι ρομαντικη, ιστορικη, τουριστικη, εμπορικη και για ολα τα γουστα. Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ καθαρο και σε πολυ ησυχη κσι ευκολα προσβασιμη περιοχη. Αν και ειναι λιγο μακρια απο το ιστορικο κέντρο είναι ακριβώς διπλα σε σταση του μετρό και η συγκοινωνία με τα λεωφορεια πάρα πολύ συχνή

Très bon emplacement et accessible via le métro ainsi que le bus (- de 2 minutes à pied) Personnel disponible et agréable. La chambre était nettoyée ainsi que les serviettes de bain tous les jours.

La habitación de una persona está bien y cerca de la estación del metro, un buen detalle de llevar el desayuno a la habitación a los huéspedes pero quede un poco decepcionada que aunque no solicite el servicio de limpieza de mi habitación y mi habitación no fue limpiada me cobraron el servicio de limpieza por 2 días de , nunca antes vi un hotel que cobra servicio de limpieza aún no te limpian la habitación. Cuando le expliqué a la señora de la recepción dijo el hotel cobra esa tarifa aún no te limpien la habitación.

only things that i liked this place are kind receptionist & metro station which is very near. it was hard to take rest. the sound from air conditioner was awful ! big sound makes us crazy. bedding wasn't comfortable. and i had to pay more for the room cleaning. if i checked it before the reserevation, it was better to stay other place.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, gleich neben einer U-Bahn Haltestelle. Wer gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann von der Unterkunft aus auch viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten ablaufen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Ausstattung wirkt nicht ganz so hochwertig wie auf den Bilder, die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Lage zur Straße auch nicht unbedingt ruhig, aber auf Preis-Leistung geschaut, war das für mich in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war nicht mein Fall, da es quasi nur Süßes gibt, aber das ist Geschmackssache und fließt nicht in meine Gesamtbewertung ein.
