Lovely environment. Room clean. Breakfast supplies delicious and Hosts Ursula and David very welcoming and considerate. Also within walking distance to most landmarks. We walked everywhere except to train station.

Residenza delle Arti is a rare jewel. Perfectly located in Trastavere close to the Tiber and easy walkable Trastavere area dining & attractions as well as river crossings to the heart of Rome’s most famous sites i.e., Fontana Trevi, Collesseo, Via del Corso and Vatican City’s Saint Peter’s Basilica et al many more; lace up your comfortable walking shoes. Spacious, clean, well appointed rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Grazie Mille host Ursula for a wonderful stay in Rome.

We just had an amazing stay here! The location is fantastic and the accommodation is the perfect combination of comfort and style. Our room was huge and has everything you need. What makes this accommodation the best though is the lovely Ursula and her sons. She is beautiful inside and out and went above and beyond to make our stay and visit in Rome memorable. ❤️

I'd stay here again, and recommend to anyone

This is a comfortable & clean place to stay, in a great neighborhood. I had a triple room with my sister and friend, and the room was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast available was nothing fancy, but totally sufficient. I'd stay here again.

Best location for seeing Rome, and experiencing the Rome food and night life. Right next to a riverwalk, right next to every true Italian restaurant. Food and wine amazing. Host Ursula was amazing and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful host!

Wonderful stay! Excellent location. Walking distance to many historic sites. Ursula (and her son) are wonderful hosts - they treated us like valued guests and did everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended!

Great room, lovely view from the window, excellent location. What however makes it stand apart for me is the incredible staff and service. The mother and her 2 sons were the most kind and accommodating people you can imagine. Next time in Rome, we will be staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in the Trastevere area. Ursula was a great host. Very walkable, and lots of great restaurants and gelato shops in the area. Only downside was a VERY loud AC unit, but there were earplugs provided in the room to counteract, as the property is located along a very busy street as well.

This is an amazing location. Large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast in the morning is perfect, and you feel so incredibly welcomed by the owner and her sons. Trastevere is so beautiful, you are surrounded by amazing restaurants. This was our second time staying here, and pray that we will be back to visit again

Probably the best host we have ever experienced. It was raining a lot and the host and her family helped us tremendously both with the check-in and finding parking in the area. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. Ursula is a sweetheart. The place is close to everything - landmarks around the the city and great restaurants. If we are back in Rome, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Residenza delle Arti is clean, well-kept and has lots of character. It's also so convenient, you can visit all the main attractions on foot, but you also have a tram and bus stop really close-by. What makes the place so special though is Ursula and her son, Lorenzo. They are the most lovely, welcoming, helpful and hospitable people I have ever met. Nothing is too much for them.

Beautiful Roma - perfect apartment for our family!

We had a really nice stay! The location is great for exploring the Trastevere area, so many amazing restaurants, bars and gelato nearby. Urszula and her son Lorenzo are wonderful, such friendly hosts. They added many special touches which made the stay even better. Bedding was very comfy including the kids bed, even though it’s on a main road we didnt hear any noise and the room can be made very dark for sleeping. Breakfast is a great start to the day and we loved our time here - perfect for our family of 4! Grazie

Urzula was a fantastic host, as was her son whom checked us in, looks are very deceiving from outside, once in it’s like a time warp, beautiful and quirky. We found some of the best restaurants around the back of the property, but loads in front tucked away. Very easy to get to from the airport by train and then tram (tickets sold in the kiosk across the street) the tram stops around 20m past the door. We walked everywhere after that to all the sites, as all very easy to get to by foot.

Urzula made our visit to Rome incredible!!! Met us for an early check in after our transatlantic flight and helped us so many times with where to go - restaurant recommendations and everything - even surprising us with a little champagne and cake for my birthday on our first night! Location fantastic for getting around - a bit of a busy street but everything else about the room was amazing and Urzula’s attention truly made everything worth it!!! Nice variety of little breakfast treats, including some meats and cheese and fruits for me (I’m GF) and the room had big windows and shutters and the chining bell tower across the street was like out of a movie! Highly recommend!

Host Ursula very welcoming, charming and wonderful. Large room with large and very clean bathrooms. Common kitchen and pantry area that serves the handful of rooms is well stocked including fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries. Fridge with more breakfast items as well as stocked non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are always available - and you keep track of your room's non-gratis items via handwritten chalkboard. Wonderful location to walk in any direction desired. We definitely hope to return here on our next trip to Rome.

Ursula was such a kind host along with her sons who were both very helpful. Driving up to the property feels like you’re on a rough neighborhood but it’s completely safe and next to the best dining options in Rome. Taxi stand around the corner. The room was spectacular! There was a small issue with the bidet but that was not a necessity for us. Ursula provided us with some free beverages anyway because she truly felt bad it wasn’t resolved before we arrived. Some street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Rome.

We loved our stay here! The property is so fun and artsy. I think our room was the largest we had during our whole trip in Italy which was a nice surprise. We had a little sitting area and a spacious bathroom as well as a bed and a sofa day/bed. The windows were lovely as they opened up and at night you could fully black them out which was super nice! The room was also very nice. Ursula and her son were SO kind and welcoming. They walked us through everything and how to use it so we didn’t have any questions. We often struggled with locks at other places we stayed as they’re different from what we are used to, but not here. Everything was super clear and communicated. It was also very clean and tidy. They also helped us to book airport transportation for our flight out of Rome. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
