Property was run down compared to the pictures— lobby sofas had noticeable rips and tears, hallway carpets had stains, room was okay considering the rest of the place. Was under construction when we went. Best part about the stay was the breakfast and proximity to transportation and restaurants.

Ideal for a Stadium concert

Hotel was chosen for the location near to the stadium so we could walk to and from the concert. Hotel fine needs a little up dating but ideally located for the stadium, the metro nearby too

Room was very warn out. Carpet filthy shower was out of order tv electrical cord missing WiFi didn’t work. Walls dirty. Breakfast was ok and appreciated. Most of the staff friendly minus the front desk morning male attendant. Surprisingly didn’t smell old or moldy. Shower very moldy had a pile of putty holding up the shower head.

I like there breakfast, lots to choices from, and the coffee are very good. What I didn't like the bed are too hard, its too separate foam bed and you can feel the hard wood, needs updating on the carpet, it looks dirty and old. Our door won't lock because someone didn't fix it. unsafe I have to put all our luggage against the door. Front desk staff are so rude to talk to.

Staff is friendly, but the hotel is worn out and in serious need for a renovation. Shover leaking and repaired in not professionel way. Lobby area is nice, but the rooms are in poor condition. Breakfast buffet is also far below 4-Star level. True level would be 2-star

Partiamo dall'ingresso comodo e accogliente ma solo entrando in ascensore capimmo che cosa ci sarebbe aspettato. Quest'ultima era sporca con tracce di colla vecchia ed adesivi impropri,arrivati al piano il pavimento era di una moquette macchiata ma non particolarmente sporca. Entrando in camera la sorpresa,una doppia mascherata da quadrupla dove non potevi nemmeno girare intorno ai letti. La moquette macchiata con residui di chewingum e di diversi colori.... Il peggio è stato il bagno con puzza di urina e sanitari ingialliti,il mattino seguente ho dovuto comprare uno spruzzino con candeggina e lavare il tutto(muri compresi). Dopo 3gg i sanitari e pavimenti hanno quasi riacquisito i colori originali,pessima esperienza,mai un bagno simile. Colazione accettabile con bevande allungate e cibo non all'altezza di Roma

Ci e piaciuto molto la posizione della nostra stanza che si poteva vedere la cupola di San Pietro. Per quanto riguarda altre cose: la prima sera l'acqua ci ha messo 15 minuti a scaldarsi ma ci puo stare, per colazione invece non trovare l'espresso e doverlo chiedere non mi e piaciuto cosi come anche la mancanza di yogurt senza lattosio che andava chiesto
