Kind personal. My room was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but reasonable at the prize point. I worked a bit from my room and was able to make it work for me and there was a Wifi-connection available. My room was the only one available with it's own bathroom, which was an extra comfort for me. If I could have that room again, I would diffidently stay at Prince Inn again on my solo-travels!

A basic but functional twin room in a good location in between Termini and the Colosseum. The hosts were very helpful - the water takes a while to heat up but it was good value for money. The fridge was very useful too.

Wrong choice

Smells terrible, difficult entry, surroundings dirty, trash collec to s everywhere, rats on the street. Place smells horrible on the inside and has no aspect of being clean. Old flip flops in the room.

Good but nobody contacted me to give me some directions about the location, all was like a “escape room” game trying to find out what to do and what’s next. Thankfully I found out how to do it and made it. That’s the only thing I would improve.

I‘ve got the room in different location. Checkin was at the original address shown on expedia but actual room was almost 10mins away. There was no warm water and no towels. So this company/accomomodation is a complete rip off

Can't really call this accommodation a hotel. It is clearly an apartment house. Area was a bit shady. The room smelled awful and it was an old, raggity, TINY room with a TINY bathroom. The balcony was connected to the other living areas and one could hear people arguing and smell them smoking. We only got sheets for blankets. You can't throw toilet paper in the toilet either. Nice to have a nro 2. But positive was the hotel owners, they were nice.

Worst hotel ever

The worst hotel ever - I actually think it was being used as accommodation for owners while renovations were taking place. It was not even the hotel advertised, it was across the road. Although clean, the room was unfinished. There were old doors stacked on the wall, covered by a sheet, a stack of ikea items and the drawers were full of personal items including sanitary towels and a bra and pants. There was only one towel and one pillow each, and no option for more.Also nowhere for clothes.Just terrible.

Minimale voorziening, bed, stoel en wc/douche dat was alles. Ik heb heel slecht geslapen doordat er de hele nacht door lawaai was van andere gasten/kamers. Het hield niet op. Heb de beheerder niet gewaarschuwd, had ik eigenlijk wel moeten doen. De ontvangst was onduidelijk, door te bellen kon het geregeld worden. Beheerder wel aardig. M.a.w. geen teeede keer.

Jeg er overrasket over, at det er lovligt at drive et sted som Prince Inn som et udlejningssted. Stedet er en alm. lejlighed, hvor de 4 værelser er til udlejning. Der er ingen komfort. Sengene er dårlige og der er kun én klapstol til at sidde på. Det ene værelse har bad og toilet, som vi lige kunne knibe os ind på - vi er begge gennemsnitlige af str. De tre andre værelser har samme form for toilet og bad fælles på gangen.

Es un hotel muy económico, así que como puede esperarse la habitación es sencilla, la zona es muy alejada al centro, pero depende de lo que vayas a visitar, te puede quedar cerca o no, a nosotros no convino bastante, el punto malo es que nunca salió agua caliente, la atención de la encarga de mil, súper súper, no encontrábamos el lugar así que fue a auxiliarnos, después olvidamos unos papeles y nos los guardo y entrego al día siguiente.

Wir haben eine günstige und Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft gesucht, daher auch nicht viel erwartet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war mit dem notwändigsten ausgestattet. Badezimmer war sehr klein, dusche schimmelig und auf warmes Wasser wartet man ca. 10 - 15 min. Die Hotelgegend ist abends nicht besonders sicher. Alles in allem völlig ok.

A mio avviso non vale il prezzo pagato, però di positivo non si può discutere sulla gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto in modo molto disponibile e in modo simpatico. ci ha consigliato dove lasciare l'auto indicandoci dove fosse ubicato un parcheggio multipiano. Del resto bisogna che la signora investi qualcosa per migliorare l'aspetto della struttura. Tuttavia essendo molto spartano come ambiente per una notte va bene se non si hanno pretese.

Barato pero a poco aconsejable

No es un bed and Breakfast. Es una piso con habitaciones. No tuvimos la habitacion asignada. Todo limipo pero el baño era muy pequeño! no entraban dos personas en el baño. Pasamos mucha calor, no habia aire acondicionado. Una de las trabajadoras fumaba en el baño dejando todo el apartamento lleno de humo. Un asco! Esta bien situado.
