Location is perfect. However I had no hot water for the first 2 days. I wasn't told til I complained and there was no eta of when water would be working. I also had to discover when the water was working properly without any acknowledgement from staff

the only good about this property was the area that was perfect other then that everything else was very disappointing. the room we've got was so tiny we barley manage to move in the room not to mention to be able to open the bags. i don't know why they offering this option of this room for 2 persons. even for 1 person it's terrible. i cancel another reservation of a different hotel which was much cheaper to this one and the price was really expensive it doesn't worth it. i came with my mom and the reception guy when i complain about it ignore it.

Nice location and clean

The hotel location is perfect. It is close to everything and next to metro and bus station. Breakfast is good and has a variety of food. The main downside for this hotel is the room size. My room and toilet were very small, however it is clean and quiet. Few staff were very nice and helpful, some are not. Not sure if all hotels in Rome city center are small!! I do recommend it for the location and cleanliness.

Hotel con Excelente ubicación

Hotel con muy buena ubicación y muy tranquilo, lo mejor la zona. Lo único negativo estábamos en una habitación cuádruple con poco espacio para las valijas y guardar ropa y el habitáculo de la ducha se inundaba.

Absolut ikke et 4* hotel

Vi havde et toilet der ikke kunne trække op og et meget meget lille bad, hvor man dårligt kunne stå indeni, som var stoppet i rørerne, så der var oversvømmelse. Kedelig morgenmad, overfyldt restaurant, personale der ikke kunne overskue gæsternes behov. Hvis det var knive der manglede, kom de med tallerkener, som der var rigeligt af osv. På ingen måde et 4* hotel, men en god beliggenhed.

Sightseeing Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Anglo Americano Hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's furniture is basic and not luxurious as what you would expect from a four star. The weather was very warm, but unfortunately the ice machine was out of order, so cold drinks were out of the question. The buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing as scrambled eggs and mini sausages were the only warm options, and there were two types of ham and one choice of cheese for the continental options. There was however a vast array of sweet tarts and pastries which we found unsuitable as a breakfast option. The location of the hotel is excellent, and we used the metro a lot to get around. The Wifi is not free, but it doesn't break the bank either.

Für einen Städtetripp ok

Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer dann eine Enttäuschung. Vielleicht hatten wir ein wenig Pech. Wir wurden in ein Untergeschoss in ein kleines, dunkles Zimmer geführt. Anstelle eines Fensters gibt es eine Terrassentüre welche auf ein leicht erhöhtes Plätzchen führt. Links und rechts stehen die Lüftungen oder Klimaanlagen welche auch Nachts laufen. Die Tür zu öffnen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage lief nicht und das Badezimmer Licht funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Diese zwei Dinge wurde jedoch nach unserer Rückmeldung umgehend repariert. Der Fernseher lief auch nicht wirklich, dauernde Unterbrüche veranlassten uns diesen nicht mehr zu benützen, was ja auch nicht nötig ist in einer so grossen, schönen Stadt. Da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren, war das Zimmer eigentlich eine Nebensache. Sauber war es und das Bad ist auch vollkommend ausreichend. Die Lage ist top! Das Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen und sind gleich um die Ecke Frühstücken gegangen. Alles in allem für das Hotel eine 3. Für Rom eine 10!

Loistava sijainti

Hotelli oli erinomaisella paikalla, todella siisti ja hyvä aamupala. Meidän tuurilla saimme kattohuoneiston, joka olisi ollut muuten ok mutta huone oli todella ahdas ja mieheni normaali pituisena ei voinut seistä huoneessa suorana. Aamupala oli hyvä mutta ainekset loppuivat aina ennen aamiaisen virallista päättymistä aina tuntia ennen ja lisää ei tuotu. Palvelu ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

pieni huone, mutta siisti. kylpyhuone uusittu pimeä huone, ikkunan takana ruskea puuritilä, mikä teki huoneesta pimeän, mutta viereiset huoneet näyttivät valoisilta, ilman ritilöitä. aamiainen ihan ok, mutta suppeahko ja makeahkon puoleinen. sijainti tosi hyvä. Palvelu ystävällistä. siivous ja pyyhkeitten vaihto päivittäin.

Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Kaikki pääkohteet sopivasti kävelymatkan päässä.Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamiainen loistoluokkaa! Matkustin tyttären tyttäreni 19v.kanssa.Olimme täysin yllättyneitä hotellin hyvästä tasosta. Plussaa myös se, että ihana, suurenmoinen puistoalue todella lähellä. Mikäli haluaa siellä voi tehdä minkälaisia lenkkejä tahansa.Muuten kannattaa Roomassa käydä myös eläintarhassa, antiikkikohteet tietysti.
