Fantastic location for walking about the streets for shopping or food - there’s plenty around. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Marlon was very friendly and helpful, and very kindly assisted us in getting our suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase. One thing to note is the walls are VERY thin. We could fully hear the conversation the guests in the next room were having. Our room looked out over the square below so the music was quite loud in the evening as well, but we didn’t mind.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Easily walkable to Colosseum as well as Vatican City in under 20 minutes. Beautiful plaza one block away in many many fantastic restaurants and shopping all within a five minute walk. Marlon who greeted us on site was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book this spot again.

Perfect Location

Great hotel and prefect location that puts you within walking distance of lots of the world class attractions. We found that pretty much everything we wanted to see was walkable from there. The owners are very pleasant and helped us find the place when we got a bit lost on the first night. Would highly recommend for a visit to Rome if you want to pack alot in.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The location could not have been better, right next to Piazza Navonna and all that Rome has to offer. The staff was absolutely FIRST RATE, so very helpful and so kind. The room was exceptionally clean.

Great location

Perfect location, very walkable to all areas and near bus stop. Hosts were friendly and engaging with great tips. Used transportation arrangements from airport, driver was an hour late but dropped us at front door, still way easier than train with luggage.

The property (apartment) is in a great location and was very secure. Walking distance to many of the main attractions. Nice layout for 4 adults and 2 children and was stocked with the items that we needed. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They provided recommendations on restaurants and took the time to show us on a map where places that we were interested in visiting were located. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect location. Rooms are nice. We loved it. There is no lift so you will need to be able to walk up three flights on a winding narrow staircase. Staff is very helpful and will meet you at the door and carry your luggage to your room.

We stayed in the Farnese Annex and it was a perfect location just round the corner from Campo de fiori and straight across the bridge from Trastevere. We could walk to all the historic sites with ease. Salvatore and his wife met us and walked us to the apartment. They were so kind and friendly. Having a kitchenette made it very homey, the hot tub was perfect for soothing exhausted legs, and the bed was super comfy. They also had Netflix, if that's your thing. We could also leave our cases after check out as we had a late flight. I'm definitely staying in the Annex apartment next time I'm back in Rome.

The owners were lovely. Alessandro and Marlon are top blokes. Marlon was so helpful. Anything we needed was no trouble, and if there were any issues, it was addressed pronto. Free Breakfast only consists of drink and croissant. Beware of the stairs. Three flights, quite narrow and steep. However Marlon will not only help you with your luggage when you arrive, but when you leave too
