We had a great stay here! Location is great, quiet and right near lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The property is gorgeous and very clean. Our room was very big, comfortable bed and large shower. Would definately return!

Nice big room and fabulous location

Our family had a great stay at the Navona Grand Suite. The room was very spacious but the best part was the location. Its right in the middle of Rome, walking distance the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colessium, etc.

We loved the charm of this property. Our room was perfect. We did have some issue with internet connection to the tv; it required reconnecting every morning but that was minor. Also the elevator was out to this third floor for one day; it was promptly fixed thank goodness. The only staff we saw was the cleaning person who was very friendly. Email inquiries regarding the tv and elevator were answered quickly.

Navona Grand Suites gives the benefits of a hotel--housekeeping, etc.--with some of the independence that you get from having an apartment. We were very pleased with our accomodations. The only drawback that we saw was that we didn't have a concierge for questions about where to dine or buy tickets, or to make reservations for us.

Comfort and convenience.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The suite was spacious, clean and charming. A luxurious bathroom and a small balcony were extra perks. But the best part of our stay was our helpful and friendly host - a wealth of information and assistance. The hospitality room had a selection of beverages and pastries to start the day.

Terrific location and great welcome

Easy for taxi driver to find. Someone met us at the entry and walked us through checkin. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout though belongings were in a common secured area. Bed was big and comfy. Shower was good size. AC was appreciated, as was mini fridge. We were short walks from many major sites, public transit and eating places. A tasty selection of pastries was always available along with coffee/tea. Highly recommend.

Charming Luxury Accommodation

This hotel is a gem! It was extremely spacious and had luxury fixtures. The room had great air conditioning and was very clean. I can’t believe the price of the room but still got luxury accomplished, incredible value. It’s not a room service type hotel with amenities like pool or spa, but we weren’t looking for that. And it’s such a charming historic place. The hotel managers are very generous and are happy to help with booking cabs or local suggestions. Location is not in a touristy, overcrowded area. You feel more like you’re living like a local. Close walk to all the major attractions.

The authenticity of the property was unique. But the rooms were very dirty. The bathroom smells mildew, the toilet was dirty. The floor was never mopped and everything was extremely dusty. The bedroom was dirty too everything was dusty and not clean. Could not sit anywhere but couch. Everything was so outdated and broken

Property is in a very accessible area for dining and shopping. Rooms are nice size (suites). The rooms were clean and nice. I’m providing some ideas to improve the place. The entrance door is very small; thus makes it difficult for suitcases to pass through it. Lighting in the bathroom very dim. I did not find the control for heating in the room. The first day I arrived it was cold and couldn’t higher the temperature in the room. A land line phone to communicate with the person in charge of the hotel would help instead of using my personal cell to call them.
