Lovely suite and staff, center of action and near most major attractions yet room was very quiet due to well-sealed windows. They arranged a great driver to take us to and from the airport.

Excellent location. Close to all tourist areas. Staff was very helpful when there. Only downside was the very hard beds and flat pillows. If you're used to beds in Asia, then probably ok, but very hard by US standards.

I really enjoyed staying at "My Trevi"... I most enjoyed the location (what a cutie area) and the quietness. Also, I really appreciate the staff. They assisted me with all my needs and I am very thankful.

Very small, no where to sit down and relax other than the bed. Tiny table and two chairs. Very small shower hard to move around in. No where to put belongings.

Everything was excellent starting from the hostess to the building,rooms and etc… The building doesn’t have a an elevator but most of the buildings in Rome don’t have an elevator. Salvadoran is one of the the staff members and he was so helpful we called him and he came to help us with taking our suitcase to our room. I highly recommend this listing you can’t go wrong with it.

This hotel is just around the corner of The Trevi Fountain. Perfect location, great air conditioning (if you come during the summer time), very secure and very safe. Tons of good food options on its street. The bus stops for the major sightseeing is just a block away. The staff of this hotel is amazing!!! Salvatore was very helpful and he made booking this place very easy for us. He responds right away when messaging him on what’sup. My family and I would stay here again and would recommend this place for people who wants convenient, safety, affordability, and luxury at the same time.

THIS PLACE IS A GEM! Don't be fooled by exteriors. We loved everything about it--location was fabulous, shopping options, dining choices, transportation everywhere, walkable to all sites and museums even with an 11 year old. Nothing more than 25 minutes walk and most within 15. Trevi Fountain on the doorstep. The hotel is secure. Love the card access. Room was ideal for me and my grandson. One room but two separate sleeping areas. Great beds, pillows, linens and towels--really nice towels. AC and a balcony. Large bathroom and shower. Lots of hot water. Mini fridge, safe, coffee machine and access to a bigger kitchen with microwave and stove-top elements. Front desk staff stayed in touch through WhatsApp making sure everything was in order before we stayed, while we stayed and to say goodbye. Organized airport pick-up for us and had recommendations for tours and local restaurants. We will recommend to everyone. Certainly not fancy, but more than wonderful due to amenities, location and staff.

We had four nights and it was excellent. Salvatore greeted us at the property and was in touch constantly throughout our stay via WhatsApp and in person. Any queries were instantly answered and we had no problems at all throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were excellent with tv with Netflix and Amazon if you need them. The bathroom and facilities were excellent and the WiFi was very good. The rooms are very secure and air conditioned. The location is perfect. Your are a 1 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and 5/6 mins from the pantheon. You are surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops so no need to travel far for anything. I would recommend the rooms to anyone and will stay again when we return to rome in the future. Salvatore even arranged our taxi to return to the station when leavening.

The rooms are located in the Centro which is excellent for sight-seeing. The staff is kind and helpful. We stayed in 101 which had plenty of wardrobe space and was always clean. Coffee machine available in the room. The A/C worked and the bathroom was modern. There is no elevator, and the rooms are located on the 2nd floor. If you are not mobile or able to carry suitcases up stairs, this is not for you. Otherwise, I recommend this place for convenience for tourism, safety, kind staff, and cleanliness.

Best location, central to all the key Rome attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful in providing recommendations for dining and transportation. Highly recommend for your Rome visit.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unless you like walking up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator with heavy luggage. There’s no 24/7 host at the desk so if you need something you’re screwed.

We loved our stay at My Trevi. This property is a 10/10 overall. Cinzia went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, even while traveling in another country. She arranged our transportation to and from the property, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. We stayed in Room 101, and it was absolutely incredible. Truly worth every penny. We walked everywhere thanks to the unbeatable location. This was one of the best vacations we've ever been on. We’re already planning to come back, next time with our whole family. We can’t wait to return to Rome and explore more of beautiful Italy. Thank you again for such an incredibly stay!:)
