Newer property. Clean. Beds are comfortable. AC wasn’t working (or it was the remote) I’m a warm sleeper so prefer room to be a bit cooler. Previous reviews mentioned sound issues between rooms. This should be addressed- maybe some acoustic wall panels? The fellow next door snored all night- I needed to play green noise on my phone all night.

Ok, but below today’s Rome B&B standards

Nice location and staff, no complaints regarding cleanliness, etc. Unfortunately very poor noise insulation between rooms, which made for a poor night’s sleep, and the neighbours were not noisy, just normal late night conversation, etc. Extra bed was the old tent bed type, could be improved.

Nice rooms, clean and well maintained. Check-in staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the Metro for easy access to many of rhe sites.

The property is close to the bus stop and surprisingly close to the colosseum. The host was very nice and accommodating! I would definitely stay again.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted med det sødeste personale! Man føler sig hurtigt hjemme! Beliggenheden gør det let at komme til alle seværdigheder og når man kommer hjem kan man nyde en stille stund på den hyggelige terrasse. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted og vi håber selv at komme igen!
