This place was perfect, right out side Vatican City wall. The staff was so helpful and accommidating with anything we needed. Communication about check in was amazing, and they were able to meet us the moment we got to the hotel even though check in was not for 4 more hours. Felt super safe at the resort, and again location was just what I wanted.

It is located on the 3rd floor and only 10 rooms. The location is convenient if you are going to spend more time in Vatican. It is closed to the bus stop or Metro if you want to go to Rome. It is a good and clean hotel. It looks it has been upgraded to modern looks. You hardly see the receptionist. So, I think it is not a hotel that you use to get. It is more like a high end B&B.

Wonderful ladies running the hotel. Answered questions, friendly, breakfast was very good. Kept room clean daily but most of all the best thing about the hotel was the location. Walked to Basilica and restaurants. Taxi station was across the street for travel to other sites farther away. The 6 nights there in Rome was absolutely wonderful!

Only had one night here but I would stay for much longer. Great location with plenty of dining options within walking distance. A short walk to Vatican City...maybe two blocks. The rooms appear to have been recently updated and had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and had a change to speak to one of the owners when I was checking out. I look forward to staying here again.

Our stay at the Mascherino Suites was wonderful! A team member reached out to us and waited for our arrival. The Service was great and the room was very clean! We would not recommend bringing a rental car to this location. Parking spaces are extremely difficult to find. Walking and/or Transit options were great.

andrew is great

Andrew is a great host, he is very helpful , but the hotel is apt complex on 3rd floor , so he needs a numbered key box where he can keep the keys and then he can send the code to the guest to retrieve keys like air bnb. but the service is really great - overall , very nice place

It’s a hotel, no a suites

I don’t pay attention. Much, about the place, but when you said Mascherino suits. I think it’s a suit. But it’s only a hotel. A expect more for the price. We pay it.
