Great hotel, good location and very friendly staff. Extra plus for the breakfast. Our room had a nice french balcony overlooking a chapel and a small square. We got a "classic Rome feeling". We will be back and would like to recommend this place.

Great stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really great. Hotel is close to train station which is nice. All of the Rome sites are within 15-30 minutes walking distance so although nothing is right outside the front door, everything was super accessible. Definitely would stay here again or recommend staying here.

It was centrally located and easy to walk to many places, otherwise, the metro was 1 block away, as was the main train station. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about getting around Rome and to the Vatican - I wish I could remember his name.

Great location for a stopover, as close to Roma Termini station (about a 5 min walk). Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good breakfast. Air con was average - ok if you were right in front of it but didn’t seem to reach the bed - and as the room was on the main road side it was unsurprisingly noisy with the window open.

I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Amazing hotel! I highly recommend! Amazing location! It was clean, it was nice, the staff were all so kind, and the hotel was in a quiet area so we were able to get some sleep( no outside street noise) Yes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people down the hallway but no one was loud during sleeping hours. The a/c worked perfectly! Our room was a couple doors down from the breakfast Lounge it was perfect. The hotel luxury rooms are located in a separate building from the check in front desk/lobby area but it was ok. You just walk next door. And there’s a bell that rings you in and opens the door, there’s an elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs. Bathroom was clean., we got the triple superior room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’ll try to add photos later

For middle of August this place wasn't bad and had AC. We picked it due to its convenience to the train station to either take a train or get to airport via train, 10/10 for accessibility to said train station, we found it an easy walk to and from the hotel. We travelled a lot on foot and didn't find the location to be bad, but maybe for some it wouldn't be as close as they'd like. Overall the room was fine, I enjoyed that we got a balcony. Did not get to try breakfast as we had an early flight.

Preperty was clean, the lobby staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel was within walkable distance from the Trevi Fountain, and amazing restaurants, gelaterias, and stores. The only issue we had was with the hotel restaurant staff during breakfast. The first day we went they seemed to be bothered by the fact that my wife and I asked for a high chair for our one-year old, we placed the high chair by our table, proceeded to grab breakfast from the buffet and when we got back to the table they had moved the chair. Second day, we went back and as soon as we asked for the chair again, they placed as far away from us as they could, and with a terrible attitude. A guest that was staying at the hotel came in and she tripped on the chair and fell, accidentally hitting our daughter as she fell. This could've been easily prevented had they been more accomodating, and letting us have the chair next to us, not away from us where people were passing by. Restaurant staff, unfortunately, made this the only bad experience on our trip Rome.
