The property is marketed as a luxury hotel, but unfortunately, I do not believe it lives up to that description. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. However, the hotel itself was not at all what we expected based on the pictures. Our room had mold, the sink faucet was broken, the showerheads were dirty, and the main door knocker would come off if pulled too hard. These issues are not what I would expect from a hotel marketed as “luxury.” While the staff was kind and helpful, the overall condition and cleanliness of the property were a major disappointment. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not consider this a luxury hotel and would not recommend it to others expecting the standard shown in the photos.

The hotel was in a great location. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Nice and clean, but the walls were thin and every noise outside the room was heard. All in all, we enjoyed our time there!

The location was great! I am glad I told them I was getting there early (around 7am) and they gave me a code to the hotel. If not I would not have been able to get in. We did not know where to go once in the building because that was not communicated. Finally another guest told us. They did not respond to us right away and another guest we talked to had the same issue but they were there at night. We stayed in the king room which was two twin beds together and it was fine. We stayed for a week which was probably too long there. The AC worked for the first few nights and then didn’t work too well. The bathroom was very nice! The location is amazing so you cannot beat it. The cleaners did come everyday but sometimes didn’t empty the trash etc. They were only available via text which was fine but took awhile to respond. Overall we did have a great stay! Just a few things to be aware of before booking!

When we arrived to check in there was a young man to assist. The room was clean and spacious. The safe deposit box key did not work a young woman came to help but still did not work. Thank goodness we were with other people the reception person went home early and everything is locked all doors they did not give us the keys. The fave us a telephone to text if we needed anything I texted a couple of times no response from anyone. We will never stay there again. The photos makes the rooms look better than they were. The so called balcony couldn’t even open as it faced very close another building. The good thing about it iOS that it was very good location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. The room was very spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. There were just a few small things that could make the stay even better. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom in addition to the one in the bathroom, especially when more than one person is getting ready. A chair at the desk would also have been a helpful addition. The only maintenance issue we noticed was some black mould on the bathroom ceiling that should be addressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and thanks to the fantastic location, comfortable bed, and spacious room, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and right in the heart of Rome. However, the property's name is misleading. The rooms are small and certainly not suites. The bathroom is tiny and lacks a bidet. Overall, this is a simple, modest room with no luxury features whatsoever.

The hotel was in a perfect location to all of the big tourist attractions. Walking distance to everything. The only downside of that was that it was very loud on our 2nd floor balcony room. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Better directions should have been given about how to get to the check-in area. There were no signs and it was on the 3rd floor. Overall, it was very nice.
