Friendly supporting staff. Small hotel with few rooms. Great location close to Terminus railway station and within walking distance from downtown and historic areas. Breakfirst served in the hotel room. The hotel can be recommended for short stay in Rome.

Un super moment passé à Rome. L'hôtel était très bien ormi le bruit le soir dans les rues. Mais en dehors de ça, un service très satisfaisant et un petit-déjeuner copieux 🙂

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had bad luck because it is on a 4th floor and the elevator was not working. The fee paid at the hotel is more expensive than the other hotels. Breakfast was good and the location excellent

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe, trotzdem ruhig, 150 m von der Kirche Santa Maggiore entfernt. Daher eine optimale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit (Sprache: Englisch - kein Deutsch). Das Frühstück ist OK. Man kann täglich zwischen einem süßen oder herzhaften Frühstück (großes Sandwich oder Toast und Croissants), Obst und/oder O-Saft wählen. Das Frühstück wird im eigenen Zimmer serviert. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels fahren die Hopp On/Hopp Off Busse (Santa Maggiore oder Termini) ab. Restaurants, Bars, etc. sind an jeder Ecke zu finden.

É um B&B, então não deveria esperar muita coisa creio eu!!! Localização muito boa a duas quadras da estação Roma Termini!!! Funcionários gentis, café da manhã razoável... pas très bon accueil

chambre propre et spacieuse déco sobre comme il faut accueil limite, notre vol a été décalé et nous arrivions après 23h. Ils ont refusé de nous accueillir, nous avons donc pris une nuit dans un autre hôtel. ils nous ont quand même réclamé la taxe pour la nuit que nous n'avons passé chez eux. nous avons bataillé pour ne pas la payer puisque nous l'avions payé à l'autre hôtel. petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre (avec un horaire imposé qui au final n'était pas respecté) alors qu'il n'y a ni table ni chaise, donc pas du tout pratique . le tram passe juste au dessus de la chambre, donc bruyant même si l'isolation est bonne. chambre équipée d'une bouilloire et d'un sèche cheveux A 5 min à pied de la gare, métro et bus, très pratique restaurant et bar dans la rue

No one at reception while we waited for more than 1 hour before we could finally got in touch with hotel manager by phone, who asked us to drag our heavy luggage to 2nd hotel and then to 3rd hotel with inferior quality. No price difference was refunded despite our request.

Mal. Habia acordado agregar una cama ya que se agrego en el viaje mi hija. Al llegar dijeron que nunca recibieron mi confirmacion (la que consta en mis mail enviados) por lo que tuve que pagar un dormitorio adicional y a seis cuadras de distancia. Realmente se comportaron muy mal, jugaron con elcansancio que uno trae de un viaje largo para cobrar de mas. NO LO RECOMIENDO

地點是不錯，當時沒有注意到CHECKIN最後時間跟我們到達時間相近，已經事先通知願意多付小費但因人手不足(只有一位)還是不給通融，造成訂了房卻還是要睡機場也無法退費，只能隔天等他開門再去，然後飯店沒櫃台要詢問資訊不方便，最後一天早上想寄放行李下午(4點前)來取，前一天知會服務員說要3點前來，結果當天早上變成要2點前，感覺很想早點下班，但是早餐蠻豐富的，客房也算舒適。

l'hotel est tres bien situé et accessible il manque juste une grosse pancarte on risque de ne pas trouver facilement les chambres sont extra et petit déjeuner juste bien sans plus j'ai trouvé l'hotel propre mais mauvaise foie de la part des receptionnistes. allez y ça ne peux qu'etre bien pour son prix.

Located near Termini Station and has lots of restaurants around. We were greeted by Amin, the guy at the front desk. He is very polite and a great host. He showed us the room and the breakfast procedure. The room is big, good and clean with basic amenities (including wifi), despite the mild musty smell. Amin served us breakfast everyday. The breakfast is not bad at all,we actually enjoyed it! Good budget hotel!

Realmente no es un hotel ...

Para nosotros la experiencia fue desagradable pues no tienen recibidor, el edificio que aloja estas habitaciones está prácticamente en abandono y cuando llegamos a la 9:40 PM del aeropuerto ( a pesar de haberlo coordinado) no había quién nos recibiera, luego de media hora buscando y tocando puerta a puerta apareció un chico quien nos dio las indicaciones y las llaves. La habitación es limpia y ventilada; los chicos que atienden son agradables pero no tienen poder de decisión y acción; el WIFI es bien. Estuvimos tres noches porque no opción de cambiar, puesto que no nos devolvían el dinero. La última noche y el último día no tuvimos agua caliente, pues según nos dijo el chico se daño la bolla del calentador. El edificio está muy mal señalizado. Realmente la instalación parece de terror. Realmente nos sorprende que EXPEDIA tenga este alojamiento dentro de sus ofertas. Solo lo tomamos porque fue referido por expedia 😞👎🏽

Hôtel correcte mais sans plus...

Hôtel pas mal situé, vraiment proche de la gare, des bus et du Métro. Surtout il faut bien confirmer l'heure d'arrivée, sinon n'il y a personne pour vous accueillir. Quartier assez bruyant, le double vitrage ne fait malheureusement pas son effet, on entend à merveille le tramway passé et les brouhahas provenant des restaurants, et je ne parle pas des accordéonistes et autres chanteurs de rue. Préféré le côté cour si vous avez le choix. Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre, le souci c'est qu'il n'y a rien rien pour poser le plateau, sauf si vous êtes adeptes du petit déjeuner au lit, bien évidemment. En même temps, vu qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à manger, on ne peut pas qualifier ça de petit déjeuner, plutôt encas. Chacun appréciera. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain correcte et propre. L'ensemble reste correcte pour le prix et la proximité des transports en commun.
