Nice.little hotel

Great location to Metro. Luca was a great host. Showed us how to get around and also saved us when Viatour canceled our ride to the port 60 minutes before they were supposed to pick us up. Can't thank him enough

Room was well cleaned and despite it being very hot in Rome, it was a relatively cool room overnight and slept well. Very close to Roma Termini, so easy to get the buses and trains to places. Hotel staff were pleasant and the food at the restaurant next door (where you claim your free breakfast) was good. The free breakfast was a bit light for me, some free hot food would have been better. The staff at this restaurant were also very nice.

I was at this hotel with my wife 2 nights, Sept 24th & 25th 2024. This hotel is very close the the main train station on a quiet street. The room was very nice and clean. It is a family run hotel and had several interactions with the father and especially the son who helped and solved any issues very quickly. I recommend eating at their restaurant attached as food was very good at a reasonable price. The owner and tall waiter were funny and entertaining. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Have no negative comments and will stay here again if I ever go back to Rome. Thanks Clarence & Wendy from Ottawa Canada

Very basic the website give a false impression. The entrance is quite depressing and I can see where there would be any place to eat breakfast. Reception is untidy although the gentleman was friendly. The wardrobe door did not fit the wardrobe and the shower squirted out all over the place. Luckily we only went in to sleep and didn’t have to spend very long there. Towels and bedding were clean and room was serviced each day. It is in a good location

Does not look like picture Room was coffin sized 6’x 12’ The room was so small that the bed blocked 1/2 of the hallway making it a safety hazard Tiny bed i am 6’3 and me feet hung over the edge Sink and Shower drain stopped I fixed the sink the hotel couldn’t be bothered to fix the shower after the flood (their shower has no edge to stop the water it is just a flat slab of granite or marble The area is unsafe they have a locked gate in the hallway that you need a room key to use The area is extremely loud There was no safe in the room The positives It is close to the train station, 5 min walk STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Maybe yes, maybe not.

The room I stayed in may have been renovated some time ago but it was starting to show signs of use. It is not in the best area although it is incredibly close to termini, only a few minutes walk. The hotel is under renovation so it may be a crap shoot as to when you book. Bring soap as what they provide may last for one hand wash. No plastic drinking cups or any amenities. The value is there so if you are looking for an economy,ical police to stay that's in my opinion, is just ok, then this place fits the bill.

Room was very clean, and very basic as a place to sleep after lots of sightseeing. One staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, and one was so aloof, I need to find a another word. Very close to Termini station, which was convenient, and 15-20 minute walk to many sights. Both nights were a bit noisy in the corridor, which woke both me and my children. So very basic, but clean, if you’re on a budget.
