I stayed in a single room which was small and perfect for me. The bed and pillow were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The mini fridge was a nice surprise (it might be listed but I missed that or forgot) so I was able to keep my drinks cold. Location is great, short walk from Termini and only about 20 minutes to the Coliseum. I was there just to catch a flight the next day so it was a wonderful end to my visit to Italy. The a/c was also great as Rome was in a heat wave and got to 39C that day. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

We only stayed one night, but had an excellent stay at the Hotel Sonya. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the location so convenient, the staff friendly and helpful*. The hotel itself felt so authentically Italian and charming you knew you were in Rome. We ate dinner and breakfast at restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and both were really good. *Our transfer to our cruise ship was a no show and the front desk staff, not only called the transfer company, but also called a taxi that showed up in minutes! We were so grateful!

Our 1rst stay was wonderful, the 2nd time there was too much noise from the pipes. It is conveniently located near the Station and restaurants. You can walk to many important places.
