This hotel is a little jewel in the heart of Rome, next to the Spanish steps. Close proximity to multiple tourist attractions, shopping for high end items, close to restaurants. I stayed there 2 nights before heading to Sperlonga and totally enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and room was very clean. Has AC for those hot august nights. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel near the Spanish Steps. Lively area but quiets down late evening. Wonderful concierge service. Very helpful with dining, getting tour tickets and walking directions!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in four different locations around Italy and this was by far our favorite. The staff was very friendly and scheduled a taxi ride to the airport without additional charge. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The property and the area of the hotel was really cute and in the middle of lots of restaurants . Very lively!!! The staff was very accommodating. Very nice stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were nice. They offered to help us book a taxi to the airport and made good recommendations for a restaurant. The area was touristy and we heard some music at night, but not loud enough to prevent us from sleeping well.

Wonderful experience.

Hotel Piazza di Spagna is the oldest hotel in the Campo Marzio neighborhood. The standard room and bathroom are a little on the small side but the staff are wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is a very short distance from the Spanish Steps. I recommend Ristorante Al 34 across the street and Antiqua Birreria Viennese around the corner on Via Del Croce.

An excellent choice near the Spanish Steps

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very near the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), but on a quieter side street that also feels very safe. The staff at the front desk were uniformly excellent – – friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a heat wave in Rome, yet the temperature control in the room was perfect – – individual room temperature control, and completely true to the number on the thermostat. I wasn’t able to make the room American – air conditioned. I also had an internal Dash facing room, which meant it was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
