Spacious, clean, very comfortable room. Excellent service in all phases from check-in to breakfast, housekeeping. Good location. The physical plant of the hotel itself is a bit disjointed but absolutely charming. Only gripe: slow and intermittent wifi.

My second visit here. Friendly helpful staff. Felt like an authentic Italian experience in a small family hotel as oppose to a larger chain hotel. Very comfortable room. Walkable distance from train station.

My favourite while in Rome

Clean and quirky hotel with amazing service staff at desk and at breaky! Location close to train station and a block away from bus. Also quiet and easy to walk to. AC wasn’t pumping full blast but staff tried their best to make it comfortable, and we were every night. Loved this hotel!

Great location, Amazing staff, and very clean

There is pride of ownership and service. There is 24 hour access to helpful staff. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely and offers wonderful fresh fruit with yogurt and pastries.

Staff were fantastic-very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to switch between Italian and English when speaking with guests. Breakfast was a great start to the day with lots of variety of an Italian breakfast. I would stay again!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. As others have mentioned before, the staff treat you like family. The hotel is located on the third floor of a beautiful building, with elevator access. There are some stairs leading into the main building, so those with mobility issues be aware. My elderly mother managed just fine though. The elevator can fit three people with trolley luggage and bags, but it's a tight squeeze. The hotel staff are all lovely, and the reception is available 24/7. Breakfast was included in our package and they offer a simple and traditional Italian breakfast (cornettos, italian bread, coffee etc), which was perfect for us before we started the day. The location was also perfect for the other major sites, where cheap and affordable public transport links close by.

The staff was helpful. They were great to talk with, Mauricio who was in duty when we checked in gave us a map and circled places to visit that were in walking distance. I got the room with the breakfast and it was food. My main complaint was lack of signage telling you the hotel was on the third floor and where the elevator was. Guests of the hotel told us as we had no idea where to go.
