I loved the neighborhood this hotel was in. Very Rome yet quieter than some of the other neighborhoods. Has a great vibe at the Piazza in the evening. Hotel staff was amazingly cheerful and helpful. Our room at the annex was cool and well done.

The location is perfect, staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Only thing is the hot water didn’t work in the room, the staff responded quickly but even after it was ‘fixed’, the water was hot and cold.

We were in the Annex, which is a 1/2 a block from the hotel. There were cars parked in the alley, so it was hard to get our luggage to the room. I believe it's under construction, but garbage pails are all over. The overall location is convenient; it's the little things that make it awkward. Reception tells you to go to the rooftop bar, but when you get there, they are upset if you don't have a reservation. Who knew? They also tell you about the breakfast and are eager to show you the space. They act as if it's an included amenity, until you get the bill. If we had known the cost, we definitely would have had breakfast elsewhere. It would be less frustrating if they were upfront about costs.

We had such an amazing time here and loved being so close to the Spanish Steps as well as the Metro station. The room was lovely and the local walkable to most everywhere.
