le plus, Situation et proximité des transports en communs. Hôtel bien situé, mais vieillot.. d'une autre autre époque. Salle de bain et WC communs à plusieurs chambres. Mobilier très ancien. Beaucoup de bruit.

Очень дешевый отель прямо рядом с Термини

Этот отель мы сняли потому, что цена номера на сутки была ниже, чем цена камеры хранения для наших чемоданов на вокзале. Нашей задачей было припарковать багаж на целый день где-то в районе Термини, чтобы вечером вернуться из Фраскати, быстренько взять свой груз и отправиться в аэропорт. В итоге камера хранения насчитала нам за наши сумки больше 40 евро, а отель стоил около 30. Забронировали номер и не пожалели, потому что еще успели погреться перед самым выездом,и расположение очень близкое к шаттлам в аэропорт. О комнатах: малюсенькие комнатушечки, душ и туалет на этаже, но там достаточно чисто. В комнате есть своя раковина, стол, шкаф, кровать двуспальная. Если будете останавливаться, берите тапки, конечно. Ну и не забывайте, что цена часто определяет качество. И она в этом отеле очень низкая. Я снизила баллы по причине неприветливости дядечки на рецепшине. Мы уже так избалованны итальянской супервежливостью, что когда ее не получаем - нам так не нравится.

Keinen Stern wert. Personal unfreundlich, Zimmer uralt, unbequemes Bett, extrem kleine Dusche, WC war verdreckt. Ins Zentrum (Piazza Venezia) ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Einzige Pluspunkte: Safe im Zimmer, Lift vorhanden, Hotel direkt neben Banhof Termini.

Hotel viejo y muy deteriorado, no me explico como puede tener dos estrellas. Es imposible. Las fotos no representa el auténtico estado del hotel, las camas viejas y blanduchas, un olor desagradable en la habitación y lo peor de todo es el ruido. Yo me hospedé en una habitación con baño individual pero en la misma planta había cinco habitaciones con baño compartido, con la mala suerte de que el baño compartido era anexo a nuestra habitación y cada vez que alguien entraba en ese baño parecía que estaban entrando en nuestra habitación, la primera vez que nos sucedió en plena noche a mi novia y yo nos despertó asustandonos, pero es que incluso se escuchaba como la gente hacía sus necesidades. Se escuchaba todo. El hotel es un horror, no se lo recomendaría a nadie, nos ha estropeado nuestro viaje de fin de año a Roma.

l'arte del raggiro

intanto... ho fatto una ricerca precisa su un albergo di Roma, che conosco, e si è aperta la finestra di questo hotel, per cui, convinta visto che c'era il 50%, che poteva essere giusto il prezzo, mi sono trovata, avendo fretta a prenotare una stanza con bagno in comune. Qui, il punteggio negativo lo metterei a voi, che non aprite una finestra, l'albergo da te richiesto, non è disponibile. Chiamo l'albergo, modifico la stanza in letti doppi e con bagno, pago come un hotel 3 stelle e forse più, in questo periodo e trovo: il non rispetto dei letti condivisi, bensì avessero scritto l'appunto sulla prenotazione, una discrepanza sulla somma richiesta tramite telefono per la camera con bagno, da 9 euro a 20... una persona arrogante e maleducata al ricevimento, devo cambiare 3 stanze, prima di avere una decente, senza telecomando per la tv, senza wifi, se non a pagamento e che prezzi... il wifi anche il più infimo hotel, lo mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti, devo riportare io la chiave delle stanze che non andavano, una per il letto matrimoniale, l'altra per un wc, schifoso con strisce gialle e colature varie... senza parlare del rumore della abluzioni dei clienti dei bagni in comune... e la tanfa di spirito di Vino... che non si capiva da dove proveniva.Sono piuttosto tranquilla, nei miei giudizi, ma dopo la sostituzione all'albergo che mi interessava, la cancellazione non possibile... e l'upgrade mendace per cattiva gestione del loro personale... e l'arroganza... non ci siamo

Além do hotel ser muito ruim, sujo e barulhento. Tive o check-in negado por um problema na reserva, causado pelo site do hotéis.com. Reservei um quarto triplo, com café da manhã e banheiro privativo e fui hospedado em um quarto sem banheiro e sem café da manhã. Foi a pior estadia de hotel que tive.

Ich hatte die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen und war dementsprechend vorbereitet. Im Bad hat es vom Abfluss her gemueffelt und manche Leute haben die Tueren laut zugeknallt aber ganz ehrlich, fuer den super Preis den ich bekommen habe (war schon oefter in Rom) war es unschlagbar! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war zweckmaessig eingerichtet aber meine Matratze haette ich am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen weil sie unglaublich bequem war. Alles zusammen fand ich es toll! Wie gesagt, sehr sauber, und was mir besonders wichtig war KEIN Schimmel! (Hatte ich in anderen roemischen 2* Hotels.) Oh, und tolle Lage!!! Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit sicher zu erreichen, direkt neben Bahnhof Termini und sehr zentrumsnah. Zum Kolosseum zu Fuss in nur 22 MInuten.

テルミニ駅利用する人には便利。チェックインでアップグレードを薦められた！トイレ、バス別の部屋に宿泊。同じ階に無かったのが不便。それ以外は立地、料金が安かったので納得。Wi-Fi、1日3ユーロ契約にはビックリした。

立地は最高。安価で宿泊出来ます。

テルミニ駅から徒歩1分の好立地。 駅到着・駅発で次の旅先に行く方には　もってこいの立地。 　重い荷物を持っての移動がない分、即　街に繰り出せます。 各名所に行くにも　バス・地下鉄共に便利。 しかし、今の時代　各部屋にWiｰＦｉは必須ですが　有料です。 　周りのホテルでも　無料なホテルは多々あります。 　ホテルには、立地に胡坐をかかず　利用者のためサービスの改善をお願いしたいです。

The hotel common area and my room had a really unpleasant odor that never went away. Also, they tried to charge me five euros to leave my backpack the next day, I refused on principle and ended carrying my backpack with me around Rome all day. They also charge for WiFi.
