The hotel is in a great position very close to shopping, sites and restaurants. The staff were very kind and welcoming they arranged for transportation as well as making recommendations for dining. All of the staff that we encountered were genuinely friendly.
Location Location Location in a terrific boutique hotel with a lot of soul. The terrace for breakfast was enchanting and the staff delightful. I will definitely be back.
Authentic and adorable Baroque-style-ish room with an amazing little terrace, from where you can see the Spanish Steps! Loved the romantic Cherub-fresco in the ceiling above the bed. Also lovely fabric "wall-paper"! Beds were a bit hard and the air-con very intense, even if set on the lowest possible.
Downside: as this room is situated beside the breakfast room, the noise from the "musack", yes BAD music, playing in the background ( obviously "super-necessary for the clients to help them wake up"!) and the morning activities are a bit of a nuisance!
Such a cute hotel right in the heart of the shopping district. The building was very old and creaky which we thought was lovely, quaint and gave us that rustic feeling. Our room had nice sized terrace overlooking the busy street and we could see the Spanish steps from there as well. Even though it was busy outside the room was very quiet and we had no issues falling asleep during the day to quell our jet lag. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff do go off duty at 11pm but we had no issues coming and going after hours, as they provide a key to the locked front door. Even though we did sleep through the continental breakfast times one day, the lady who managed the breakfast and cleaning on the top floor made us a cappuccino and helped us get a few snacks for the road! We were very grateful. Good dining options a couple streets down and lots of available scooters to rent if you’re looking to get around quickly without walking or renting cars. Our only complaint is the bed was a little bouncy and felt old, but not horrible. They say on the listing that it’s a double size ( in Canada double size is pretty small) but it seemed closer to a queen size to us, and fit me and my 6”2 husband no problem! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet hotel with a rustic Roma feeling while being centrally located near shopping and Trevi fountain ( a couple minutes on the scooter). I think we only saw another guest one time at breakfast during our stay on a weekend.
This hotel has all the basics for a great stay in Rome! It feels very clean and secure while also being in a great location (by the Spanish Steps). The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is simple (ie, no big lobby or “extra” amenities), but the room was clean with a great shower and lovely natural light. The breakfast was served in a cute sunroom and the staff were again friendly and welcoming.

Enkelt hotell i centrum men utan bättre service
