It's a perfect place to be next to a major transportation hub. It's also close to a few of the lesser known historical places in Rome. And wonderful food int he area

Perfect stay!

Lovely to have a hotel with a hotel. One of the many hotels in Rome that share a building with other hotels but easy to find and clearly signposted. Bed was so comfy, air con worked and although on main road room was very quiet. Left luggage at the hotel both before check in and after check out with no problems. Snacks and drinks available free of charge. Very easy walk from the main train station which also has bus terminal, so convenient to get round the sights. Lots of lovely places to eat very close to hotel.

This is a simple family hotel close to the termini train station. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. We had two quick nights there and everything went smoothly.

Cozy Roman stay

Thank you for all warm and kind hospitality. The room was very cozy and clean with very convenient location. The reception staff was really kind and give us helpful information. Highly recommend this hotel and we'll be back here next time!

Giovanna was incredibly helpful and welcoming and made my late check in so easy. The hotel is perfect location from Termini train station and Metro. Easily walkable to town. Room was immaculate and cleaned every day. Perfect location for a short stay in a beautiful city.

Safe and convenient place to stay near Termini and right at the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Would stay here again. Giovanna and her team were so professional and kind, anticipating every need and even being proactive when issues came up (like noisy guests at night). All amenities worked well, though internet can be spotty at times, so if you need to work, you may want to carry a hotspot. There’s a small elevator to the floor and it was usually free, though I always walked. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pretty basic amenities--not really a "hotel" per se: more of a single room for rent, but was adequate to my needs as I just need a one night stay. Giovanna was really nice, and I appreciated being able to check in a bit early after such a long flight. It was nice being so close to Rome Termini station.

The most I liked was the location. The hotel is on a common place for several hotels in the same building. The room was cleaned and enough for only get rest after enjoying visiting many places over the city. The staff (Giovanna) was very kind and very supportive person. The hotel has a good wifi speed and the room is good enough for a family of 3-4 members.

Giovanna was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t strong but there was a fan in our room that made up for it. The bar fridge did not keep anything cold so our water was always room temperature. And the property was generally run down and outdated. However it is within walking distance of all the sights, a market and the train station so very conveniently located. I would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

Travelled through Italy, went to Venice, Bari, Florence and Rome was our last stop, and we had best stay, the location is fantastic, close to train station and we were able to walk to most tourist destinations. The room was good enough for us, it had TV and a mini bar fridge which we appreciated. The renovated bathroom was bright and clean, the shower stall was on smaller side and similar to shower on cruise ships, since we cruise a lot so it's not a deal breaker for us. New windows kept room quiet enough for us. Air conditioner is central but we had no complaints with 38 max degrees outside. Appreciate the small touches like map/snack. Will definitely stop again here if we are in Rome again.
