There is a bar right across the street that advertises live music that goes until 12:00 A.M. that can be heard clearly from the room

This hotel is close to everything. 13 min to the trevi fountain, around 10 min from the train station. A lot restaurants arounds. Everything is walking distance.

Great stay here! The cleaning was fantastic, I felt very safe. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything needed. One small note would be, if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs because the walls are thin and the noise on the floorboards above is a bit loud. No fault of the hotel; it’s just an old building. I would definitely stay again, and bring earplugs next time.

Excellent hotel to stay. This hotel is very convenient located. The Major bus stops are practically in front of the hotel. The Metro station is about 3 minutes from hotel. The Trevi fountain is located about 15 minutes walk ( if you prefer yo can take bus); the Vatican is relatively close or you can take the bus 64 to Dan Petro. In relation to the hotel is clean, nice bedroom. In conclusion, excellent hotel for the price!

The staff on reception were very helpful & let us check in early. The lift was broken when we arrived so we had to lug our suitcases up to the fifth floor in a heatwave in the middle of the day. The lift was fixed that day. The Wi-Fi was patchy but okay. Room was basic but had everything we needed. The view from our balcony was great and the location is very convenient. Would stay again.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a terrible AC smell, and when I asked to be moved, the front desk staff seemed annoyed rather than accommodating. While I was out, my belongings were removed without notice and left unattended behind a divider in the lobby, which felt careless and unprofessional. I was then sent to another room with the wrong key, only to discover the AC there was broken and leaking, before being placed back in the previous room. The repeated room issues and, most importantly, the mishandling of my belongings made this stay far below expectations.

The location was convenient to the rail station and the airport buses, as well as dining and sightseeing. The only issue we had was trying to find the property because the signage was very small and the entrance didn’t look like the entrance to the hotel as two other hotels were advertised with big signage at the same location and there was some renovation work going on the bottom floor.

Remarkable that issues with noise at the property are not reported in previous reviews on line - makes me wonder whether previous reviews are accurate. There is no sound proofing of the rooms that blocks out street traffic noise on the main road and then load music from local bars up until midnight and then loud noise of people in the street after the bars close. Otherwise the property is an ok venue.

Looks nothing like photos. Rooms are so basic and definitely feels like a 1 star. When we arrived we were given budget room even though we paid for triple so had to ask for this. Ok hotel if you dont care about your room Air con and location is good. City tax way too expensive for the hotel

The photos advertised are jot what the place looks like inside. Cracked tiles, room so small you can touch the walls form sitting on the bed. Table and wardrobe in the room but doors of wardrobe hit bed so couldnt fully open, same with table chair under table but unable to pull out because of bed. Very cramped.

Good location, tired hotel.

Great location, but the rooms are very old. The bath had stains in it (not dirty, just old) and a rusted nail next to the shower head. Room had huge vaulted ceilings which was cool, and a big air con for the summer heat. Walls were in pretty bad condition, very scuffed and clearly hasn’t been retouched in a few years. Lots of potential here, just needs a lick of paint and a bathroom refit, bones are good, Staff was nice at check in, but no one was at reception from 4-6AM when we needed to check out.
