This was a great hotel in Rome walkable to Spanish Steps as well as Trevi Fountain. Close to nice shopping like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. We used the Lime Scooter to mostly get around or walked; however we did take a taxi from airport. Then we took the bus to the ferry when we left which is close to hotel as well.

Great service! We stayed in this hotel for one night after our return to Rome before our flight the next day. A unique building, which we liked. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The staff were all great and really helpful to us our last morning before our flight. :)

Two problems: 1) the hotel chain emailed me the night before asking for my confirmation number and then saying it did not work, then did not answer subsequent emails. I spent my whole long dinner thinking I had no hotel for the next night but when I called the hotel in the morning they said no problem. 2) When I arrived at check-in-time of 2 p.m., the room was not ready for another 40 minutes. I was very very tired.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings make the room feel large. Friendly staff. AC wasn’t working properly however maintenance staff resolved it within 5 mins. Comfy bed. Great location. The only downside is 2 elevators - one to get to the lobby and one to get to the room. Not a big deal if you are ok with elevators. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the in included Rome experiences offered by the hotel.

Other than the lack of curb appeal (lobby is on the third floor and stairway to get up was old and dirty), the hotel was pretty nice. Room was very large for a European hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. From my 5th floor room, I did not hear any noise from the street below.
