We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is in a great location, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always made us feel comfortable. We also really enjoyed the food. A great experience in Rome, and we would happily stay here again!

The Hotel Chapter Roma is a lovely hotel in a good location with great staff. The hotel rooms are surprisingly spacious for the location. While offering modern amenities, they also retained the charm of the gracious building. The hotel staff remember and greet the guests each day. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was fun. I would recommend the Hotel Chapter Roma, and will visit again in the future.

I booked the solo room as a base to explore the city and was expecting a basic room but was pleasantly surprised by the size and also the attention to detail int he decor. It was a beautiful room and very comfortable. I was visiting in August when a lot is closed and also got great recommendations from the staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel as a base for your Roman holiday

Really helpful staff, very welcoming. Room was fantastic with everything provided. Very good location. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of choices. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Rooftop restaurant/bar was great, the food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. I am just sad I was only there for one night. Would definitely recommend and return.
