Great place to stay! Amazing location could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. The staff was so kind and helpful for it being our first time in Italy. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The room was basic and mainly suitable for sleeping and showering. There was no mini fridge, which would have been a nice convenience. The air conditioning also wasn't cool enough, especially during the hot summer weather, making the room a bit uncomfortable at night. Despite these minor issues, the location made it a convenient choice for exploring Rome.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional and they can communicate with you in different languages. The room was clean and spacious. I really like the terrace on the top floor. It's near the Vatican and close to some landmarks. I am happy with the choice I made

This was a perfect location for our first visit to Rome. Easily connected to bus routes and plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Only problem was air conditioning was not included in our cost and we would have been charges extra to use it. This was extremely uncomfortable during our visit in June with temperatures over 90 degrees. Otherwise, it was a PERFECT place to stay.

I would have give 5 stars, because it is clean and close to St. Peter square, but the room doesn’t have air conditioning. Also, the bathroom was private but on the hallway, so you need to exit the room in order to go to the bathroom.

The room was extremely clean and had a bar fridge which was nice for storing beverages and perishable snacks. Conveniently located in the heart of Venice. No elevator, but hotel operator helped us transfer our luggage to our room and also stored our luggage on our last day after check-out so we could do more sightseeing before we left.

The staff were great! The hotel has half floors which the elevator doesn’t stop at so be prepared to carry heavy suitcases . We had some sickness and had to extend our stay; the same room increased dramatically in price because the hotel was sold out .

Property was generally ok clean, not outstanding clean. Staff was generally helpful if you ask, then they would help you with your request. Room had no AC but there was a small electric fan. The private bathroom was outside the bedroom and there was a need to keep it locked each time you use it because there were other bedrooms in the same floor space. The bathroom uses an old fashioned lock key that’s not easy to use. The room was basic without any amenities such as coffee or tea or bottled water. The bathroom/toilet was generally clean and had ample supplies of toilet paper and liquid shampoo and body Wash. A hair blower/dryer was provided. Clean towels were provided.
