Pas de petit déjeuner et chambres mal isolées

Emplacement idéalement situé dans Rome, logement composé d'une cuisine et de 2 chambres, le tout en enfilade. C'est un type d'appartement laissé à l’hébergement des touristes dans un immeuble qui comprend plus autres logements sans ascenseur. Les points négatifs sont : - pas de parking, - le bâtiment sentait la fumée de cigarette, donc pas très étanche aux odeurs du voisinage, - fenêtre en simple vitrage, avec beaucoup de passage dans la rue, donc très bruyant, - pas de papier-toilette. Il a fallu en chercher dans un commerce de proximité..., - pas de petit-déjeuner, absolument rien à disposition bien que l'annonce indique le contraire, - taxe de séjour à régler en espèces sans facture. Point positif : - les trams qui passaient dans la rue, du matin au soir, pratique pour aller dans le centre de Rome

Séjour agréable à Rome

Deux lignes de tramway desservent le quartier, avec des arrêts à deux pas de l'appartement. Commerces alimentaires à proximité. Tout à fait convenable pour un séjour touristique à cinq.

Close to tram stop

Tucked out of the way from main area of Rome sites, but with no 3 and 19 tram stop just outside. A few restaurants in the area but at least 20 minutes walk from termini station. The property description did not meet with the reality as the photographs did not look anything like what we experienced plus no free bottled water or premium bedding. The lady at reception spoke little or no English so explaining that we expected the aforementioned went unrecognised.

Hotel aus dem man jede Sehenswürdigkeit erreicht

Das schwierigste an der ganzen Reise war die Suche nach dem "Check-in", da leider nicht angegeben wird, wo genau (Etage & Zimmer) gehen müssen um uns anzumelden. Dies geschah eher per Zufall, da wir den Hotelbesitzer im Treppenhaus getroffen haben und wir nachgefragt hatten. Der Besitzer gab uns eine Karte wo die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms inkl. Bahnverkehr und gab uns verkaufte uns auch die Bahntickets. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen & haben so gar einen Fernseher & eine Klimaanlage gehabt. Das Hotel bietet selber kein Frühstück an, mann muss bis ans ende der Straße gehen wo sich ein Imbiss/Bar/Kiosk befindet, wo man eine Frühstücksmarke abgibt und ein Croissant(verschiedene Sorten) und ein heißes Getränk seiner Wahl bekommt. Von dem Hotel konnte man so gut wie jede Sehenswürdigkeit erreichen. Mit den Bahnen 3 & 19 -die 50m vor der Haustür angehalten haben- konnten wir überall hin und haben so mit keine Probleme gehabt. Die einzige negative Bewertung die wir hier abgeben, ist das die Bettlaken in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur zur Anreise gewechselt worden sind. Ansonsten ist das Hotel extrem super!

Super Aufenthalt im Zentrum der Stadt

Die Unterkunft ist schlecht angeschrieben und man weiß bei später Anreise nicht so genau, wo man jetzt läuten muss. Nach einem Anruf bei dem Eigentümer (kein Englisch!!) gaben wir irgendwie bekannt, dass wir jetzt vor der Türe seien. Das war aber schon die einzige Panne. Der Rest vom Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderschön. Im Zimmer war alles notwendige Vorhanden (Handtücher, Badetücher, Seife, Kochplatte, Schreibtisch, usw.). Die Vermieter wollten uns trotz der Sprachbarrieren viel Hinweise bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln geben, diese Hinweise verstanden wir dann auch :) Sie sind sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag mit neuen Hand- bzw. Badetüchern ausgestattet und die Mistkübel entleert!! Straßenbahn & Bus fahren direkt vor der Haustüre weg, in die eine Richtung fährt die Bim direkt zum Vatikan, in die andere Richtung fährt die Bim direkt zum Colosseum. Kein typisches 0815 Hotel, sondern etwas richtig typisch Italienisches. NUR ZUM EMPFEHLEN!!

buen servicio y situacion. baño muy mal

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca del centro y de la estacion de tren. La casera es muy simpatica y agradable. La habitacion tenia algunas defectos como las cortinas descolgadas, el baño no estaba muy limpio, con olor a lejia y a la ducha se le salia el agua y encharcaba el suelo. El resto de la habitacion decente en comparacion con el resto de alojamientos de precios similares.

Buena relación calidad precio.

A pesar de llegar a una hora tardia no hubo problemas para la recepción de las llaves. Al llegar la habitación estaba equipada tal como lo describían. Bien comunicado.

Doch nicht ganz so zentral wie wir dachten, der bäcker gegrnüber ist spitze! Alina war sehr bemüht uns alles zu erklären, doch ihr englisch war begrenzt, aber sie war sehr nett und man konnte sie jederzeit anrufen!

Not particularly Central or Quiet

So we are a family of 5 and we like to travel and stay where there is a kitchenette for a break from eating out so much. Kitchen had good supplies in general. Rooms very comfy, but it was a little disappointment that a nightclub which opens at midnight and closes at 3:30am was across the street. Not a lot of good sleep here. Via de Reti seems to be a cut through. Very trafficky but easy access to Trams. Not a lot going on otherwise for fun in the neighborhood. In fact, we were a little nervous at night with kids. Price was super reasonable but it was just too long on trams for us and we are pretty hearty travelers. We had nice help given to us by a pleasant staffer upon arrival. Wouldn't stay there again but it was a nice place, tough location.

Hotel close to the metro

The hotel is very close to the metro but it is difficult to find if you arrived the hotel at night. It is not a normal hotel to me. The reception is in the 2nd floor inside the residential area. We are lucky to meet some guys who are also renting the area to tell us where to go. The surrounding area only have few restaurants.
