Halls and elevator dirty. Air conditioning did not work. Arrangements by staff for taxi in town and to the port of civitavecchia was horrible. Transportation arranged was late or didn’t come at all and would not accommodate the 6 of us as requested. Then the driver didn’t have access or know where he was going at the port. Another local driver took us the port so it ended costing us way more than expected plus the gong show.

The property is in a very nice location and is relatively quiet. The reception staff, Mia, is very professional and accommodating to our needs. The elevator broke down once during our stay, and there was no power on our floor one early morning. Had a nasty fall when i missed a step down the stairs since there was no emergency light installed. Told the staff about it and they were very apologetic. I'm just glad I only had a sprained ankle and no broken bones. The terrace is a nice touch, where we had a meal together with friends and the kitchen area is kept tidy and clean. We were able to borrow dishes and glasses, and cleaning supplies were readily available for us to wash them after. Overall, we still had a great stay and we definitely recommend this property.

This stay was wonderful. The reception was responsive and the place was overall clean. They provide cleaning services daily, which is not common nowadays. Location is great - right around all the shops and minutes from the Trevi fountain. Taxis easy to grab. Air conditioner was cold which we loved. Overall recommend this place! And we will be back!

We had the two bedroom apartment in a separate building. Easily accessed by lift although there was one flight of stairs at the top as the lift only went to the third floor. Great indoor and outdoor space which was clean and quiet even with the bedroom window facing out over the main shopping street. Our only problem was the air con in master bedroom. The unit said it was set for 16 deg but the air coming out was warm and the room temp never went below 29 deg. So pretty hot trying to sleep at night.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They were very helpful to arrange rides. The building is a bit older, but has Italian charm. There is an elevator, but it’s tiny. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice, but the water kept going cold off and on. The room was large! I always enjoy a patio, but this patio leaned a bit and made me nervous. Great location for shopping, eating, and touring!

We did not have any hot water our first night. We communicated to the staff and she had someone look into it. The next night 2 people in our group were able to shower with hot water. The next night no hot water for anyone. Very disappointed to not have a hot shower.

location is awesome. room was very quit, clean place.The host was very active in contacting us before our 48 hrs of my chk in and very communicative before I chk in on the hour that their is no one. in the premises. I virtually chk with no problem. we enjoyed our stay , and we had some challenges that they cannot solve. ONE must keep in mind while booking THe hotel, KEEP in mind YOUR arrival flight and the time of your chk in to the hotel. IF you think that you will arrive on the time that’s THE RECEPTION is close,THEN you must be in contack with them to how you will check in. Other wise , It will be challenging to get your key , or TO check in.

I felt scammed walking into this place. It was nothing like the pictures, it was a hole in the wall, even google showed it at “permanently closed.” I asked local businesses that were on the same block to guide me to the address and no one had even heard of the place. The name isn’t out front. When we finally got there, the reception area was musty, old looking, and smelly. Alessandra was great though, kudos. Walking in to the room, it wasn’t the most terrible thing ever but it definitely wasn’t what was shown in the pictures. On night 2 there was a bug in my sheets and I guess when room service came throughout the day, they must of taken the AC control because we couldn’t find it anywhere after using it that morning, therefore, we slept in a hot room and there is not reception past 6pm. I don’t give it 1 star because it’s in a great location… hope this helps

Great location, walkable to everywhere. Only improvement I would suggest is to fix a smell in the bathroom. Other than that all went great. Cleaning lady would go every day to make sure the room needed service
