The location is amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They close the main gates at night so it feels really safe and private. There’s many places to shop and grab a bite to eat with the Spanish Steps and its metro station a close walk away. Besides the Spanish Steps being close there are a lot of sights nearby.

Nice little hidden gem

A little challenging to find, but the hotel rooms themselves were nicely appointed and clean and located in a great location. Safe and centrally to many ships, restaurants and scenic sites.

Location was absolutely perfect! Just a few minutes walk to all the shops & sites such as the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps & Piazza Popolo. The room was spotless - the huge floor to ceiling wondows were such an added bonus. Obviously as it’s a boutique hotel you don’t benefit from 24/7 reception, however it felt very safe. If you arrive late at night it can be a little daunting to find - I would suggest better signs out front but it’s right opposite Max & Co. There are some roadworks being done which can be noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us, it was lovely opening up the windows in the evening and hearing the bustle down below. This is seriously one of the best places we’ve stayed & we’ll probably stay here everytime we visit Rome!

Location, staff and room was fantastic. Building is clean and safe and as pictured. Only thing that could have been improved was the air conditioning in the room. As mentioned in other reviews it wasn’t cool enough and seemed weak compared to what is needed. Other than that would definitely stay here again.
