Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand. Zwei Tage Lang nur klates Wasser. Kaputte Klimaanlage, WLan funktioniere nicht, Wasser floss im Spülbecken nicht ab, Lampe fiel aus der Halterung etc. Zimmer wurde sehr gut geputzt und die Lage ist top.

Really nice home away from home

All the way really nice place to stay near lovely Trastevere. Bed was so good! Bathroom big and clean, service really friendly. We had really good time! Special Thanks to be flexible for later check out, our travels back to home would have been really long without it.

Bad hotel, good hostel

While this location is great, the accommodations were not. This is NOT a hotel rather a high end hostel or elevated Airbnb. Pro: location Con: - third floor walk up, no elevator - no check in or front desk. Must be able to call when arrived. - air conditioner is broken. It hardly works and at 4am it started making noise that didn’t turn off. We were up all night. - beds - two twin beds pushed together that rolled apart all night. If you’re a couple and want to cuddle, good luck... - bedding - no blanket - just a sheet and two hard pillows - no mini bar, water, or any amenities I was not expecting to book this type of accommodation on hotels.com. We had a horrible and uncomfortable nights sleep before our 17 hour journey back to California. Lugging 100lbs of luggage up and down stairs and sleeping 2 hours didn’t make for happy travelers.

Great location and facilities

Great location and facilities, and they were also very helpful when we needed them. My son forgot his precious teddy bear and they kindly sent it back home to us via mail. That was priceless!

The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night once it was in use for 4-5 hours. The cooling compressor would try to turn on and make loud noises waking me up and stopped cooling the room. I informed the management the next day, they apologized and told us that they will look into it. It happened again one the 2nd night!! I informed the management again and I was assured it will be fixed. It then happened again the 3rd night and I gave up! They had no other room available to move me into. 4 nights in 90F plus temperature with no AC! After I got back from my trip, I called Expedia to get a refund. Expedia called the hotel and the hotel management (I believe her name is Veronica) just outright lied that this issue was addressed. So basically it's her word against mine. Expedia's stance is to "work" with the hotel on this since per the hotel the issue was resolved! UNACCEPTABLE on both hotel's part and Expedia customer service.

The property is just a short taxi ride to most of the typical tourist locations. The room is clean and comfortably appointed. We enjoyed the food down in the bakery where you check in. They were also kind enough to extend our check out time in order for us to finish a long tour. We would stay here again.

A unos pasos de transporte público para llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad en 15 minutos, en un barrio bohemio, lleno de restaurantes, cafés y lugares para salir. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda dentro de una casa con otras 3 habitaciones. Ubicada en el segundo piso sin elevador, el desayuno incluido en un restaurante al lado de la casa y el personal amable y accesible.

Excellent place to stay

One of the best places to stay when you travel to Rome. This location is in the middle of everything you would want to see and the staff and the accommodation I can’t rave about eneough. Absolutely amazing! If I go back to Rome I will be staying there again!! The only thing I want to add is that you have to go into the Giselda bar/coffee shop to check in to the accommodation as this was not very clear when I booked.
