Very close to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. The staff are excellent - very nice and professional. The guesthouse is always clean. The staff even clean our dirty dishes. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, I found the elevator so cool, works very well, even though only two people can fit in.

Frattina Grand Suite was incredibly great location...minutes from Spanish Steps cafe and if you needed Rome subway. Great cafe's and bistro's everywhere. Piazza Spagna and all it offers only 5 min walk. Room was modern,clean and compact but comfortable.Host recepetionist was friendly and helpful

Great little room that was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood has so much to offer! So many sights close by and a lovely area with many restaurants and cafes, a grocery store and pharmacy close by. Steps from the Spanish Square and not far from Trevi Fountain. Gorgeous and safe at night. Room and washroom were clean and Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the air conditioning as well as the big windows if the outside air was cool enough. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

Clean and quiet at night. No breakfast offered, but you can make coffee/tea in your room and there is a mini-fridge. The A/C is welcome during hot weather. I would stay here again.

An excellent option for the Trevi area of Rome. There are lots of sights within walking distance, and plenty of transport options for further afield. The property condition was immaculate throughout our stay, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only small critique is the WiFi signal was not very good. Overall, a cracking stay. The property is in a great location, close to old town. There's plenty of space. It is up 4 flights of stairs, just something to keep in mind. Owners came to greet and carried heavy bag up the stairs for me though.

The property was definitely not worth the price paid and the pictures online are deceiving. It’s super basic (don’t have a problem with basic when it’s clean), a bit run down and the air conditioner barely worked which made the room super hot. We opened the window and within five minutes, bugs were flying in so we had to close. However, the staff was kind and helpful as they could be for a guest house. The staff is only on site for extended hours but answered WhatsApp to accommodate the requests they could including booking us transportation to the airport last minute. The best part was the location - we were within walking distance of many sites and only a short distance to the trains and taxi stands

Location is the best. So many restaurants and shops nearby. Getting uber and taxi service is not difficult, make sure download the app.The entrance is easy to access. Love the antique lift and stairs in the building. The lift only fits one person and one luggage.The receptionist is really nice and friendly. Very clean property, well maintained and the lights are very bright. The room is clean. Bathroom is clean. Air conditioning is working fine. The mini fridge is working perfectly. I will definitely recommend this place and I will comeback. Thank you for making our trip safe and comfortable.

Great location. Convenience in check ins and helpful staff. Cons: can be a little noisy on early mornings as vendors start deliveries to businesses on the Frattina strip. The facility can use a little TLC.

A wonderful stay.
