This modern hotel is on the beach front. There are a lot of restaurants and an open walking mall on the next block. At the time airport shuttle is 15 Euro per person, we had 4 people so took a taxi for 35 euro 5 euro bag charge. The tourist tax applies currently 7.5 per person cash. The rooms are very modern and new. Generally an excellent location.

A supermarket christmas
The hotel was nice enough. But…they neglected to tell me that the kitchen was closed over the Christmas holiday. A lovely surprise when I arrived on Christmas Eve. The receptionist was not at all apologetic or considerate about this - rather, he was rude and abrasive when I asked about room service. Now, it’s perfectly okay that people get the holiday period off work. I did. But the hotel should notify guests so we can prepare accordingly. I enjoyed my supermarket bought cheese and fruit for Christmas dinner. In a room with no cutlery, kettle, or other comforts. The TV also does not connect to any streaming service and the public channels only broadcast in Italian.
