Ginevra is an elegant, air-conditioned, and spacious house near the Colosseum, featuring a large outdoor patio. The house is perfect for groups, accommodating up to 11 people. It boasts three double bedrooms, a fourth single bedroom, a large living room with two sofa beds, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, with a shower and bathtub. Bed linen, towels, and a bathroom products kit are included. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building and it does not have the elevator.

The standout feature of Ginevra is its large outdoor terrace: it\'s rare to find such a spacious courtyard in the city center. Awesome!

Excellent place to stay in Denver. The house was clean and had a nice setup for just hanging out at the house. Great location. Will definitely book again the next time we go to Denver.

Great family apartment

This was a great place for my family to stay in Rome. There was a small mix up on arrival with the entry code, but it was resolved within a few minutes (email/phone required) - VERY responsive and helpful! The apartment was big and clean and generally well stocked. The only suggestion would be to include more toilet paper and to include a drying rack for washed clothes. Everything else was plenty good enough for our needs. It was simple but sufficient. The location ended up being great too. One is never sure about location with kids in tow, but this worked out well for us. It is close to a metro stop and within walking distance of the main attractions. Lots of good restaurants and gelaterias nearby and easy access to Roma Termini. It was not cheap, but I think it was good value given the dates, location and space needed for our trip!

Enjoyed our stay, great location

We were a group of 8 staying in this apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our time. The location was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed the large outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also good sizes. Also, the communication with the owner/management was AMAZING. The were extremely responsive with all my questions. I utilized their arranged pick up from the airport which was simple and easy. The only feedback I have is with the pull out couches and the wifi. 2 people in our group had to sleep on the pull out couch which I would not recommend. It was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. We also had a few members that needed reliable wifi to work, and the wifi would not work well enough for anyone. Overall, a good stay in a great location and we enjoyed our time!

Good place to stay

This was a great place to stay to explore Rome. One of the toilets was not always functioning well. We did hear kids at night frequently. This could just be a function of who was staying around us the week we were there. Overall, we had a good experience staying at this place. It is big and met our needs. The only other thing that was something to get used to is the fact that each of the bathrooms has a step down. This was a little easy to forget about. No one fell down the step, but it seemed like a possibility. We put a balloon to remind ourselves not to fall down the step. Besides that, this was a great place to stay.
