La struttura è in una zona comodissima e servita, a 10 minuti da San Pietro e a 10 minuti da Piazza del Popolo. é pulito, la camera è spaziosa, e pulita, il bagno pulito, con box doccia. Si vede he la casa è stata ristrutturata di recente. Non è un B&B, infatti non c'è la colazione. comuqne a pochi passi si possono trovare diversi bar… i proprietari sono disponibili ed elastici, ci hanno gentilmente concesso la camera un po' prima del check out, e il giorno della partenza ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli. Unica cosa che consiglio ai genitli proprietari è magari di fare una chiave in più del cancello e della porta di ingresso, per chi lascia le valige così che si possa essere autonomi, entrando per prendere i bagagli e lasciando la chiave prima di chiudere la porta. Comunque lo consiglio (come ho già fatto)!

Adorei este hotel. Na verdade é uma guest house muito comum na Europa. Um apartamento num prédio residencial transformado num pequeno hotel com três suítes independentes. O quarto é amplo, bem decorado e funcional. O banheiro é ótimo. O melhor de tudo é a varanda que pode ser usada para seu café da manhã. Ficarei novamente neste hotel. E recomendo a todos.

Great visit!

We loved staying in this quiet location. It was like being in a private house, but with total privacy. The balcony was an added bonus. Lorenzo was helpful before and during our stay. He made taxi reservations for us to come from the airport and showed us the amazing view of Rome from the rooftop of the building when we checked in. It is on the Vatican side of the Tiber, so it was nice to come back to a quieter area after going across the river to see the historic areas there. We will definitely stay here again!

A great hotel and great location

The staff at Domus contacted me before my arrival to ensure that I got my room key. We wtw due to arrive after the reception had closed so they sent me a simple video explaining how to get into the building and access the key box. The next day we were greeted and did the formal check in. The hotel is a very short walk from the metro and about 15 minutes from the Vatican.

Great price and location

Really great location for Metro , good shops a 5 min walk away. the Hotel was easy to access even late at night with video showing how to enter , its small and only manned at some hours which was perfect for me as I just needed the room . I met the receptionist both days who was very friendly and the room itself ( number2 ) had a great balcony, it was big and spacious ..definitely a thumbs up..

Uma boa surpresa!

O hotel fica em um bairro bem agradável, próximo ao Vaticano, a 15 minutos a pé, fácil de se locomover para outros pontos turísticos, mas para quem não gosta de andar muito a estação de metrô Lepanto fica a uns 150 metros do hotel. Tem muitos restaurantes e ótimas lojas na região. O hotel fica em um prédio residencial, bem seguro. Fomos em três adultos, o quarto era espaçoso, limpo e com cama muito confortável, janela blackout e bem silencioso, boas roupas de cama e toalhas de banho. A ducha era muito boa e com um box espaçoso. Não servem café da manhã, mas tem chaleira e frigobar no quarto. Tudo estava com aspecto de novo. O Enrico foi muito atencioso no nosso check-in explicando o que havia na região. Foi uma boa surpresa e voltaria com certeza.

Nuova guest house in eccellenti condizioni e in posizione ideale anche per la vicinanza della metropolitana. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza tripla che era spaziosissima e con il balcone/terrazzino. Il gestore è stato puntuale per il check-in ed è stato disponibilissimo a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò.

Super Pleasant Stay at Domus Giulio Cesare

Our experience staying at Domus Giulio Cesare was amazing. Enrico is such a great host and extremely helpful. The room was so cozy and comfortable that we felt at home. It had a balcony where we could sit and watch people outside. The waterfall shower was great! The neighborhood is non touristy which is what we wanted. We go to experience life as a local Roman. Neighborhood is full of great bars, restaurants, and super markets with fresh produce. The restaurants that Enrico recommended were all top of the line, super tasty, and amazing. We so much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome :)
