Perfect location, great hosts!

If you are looking for location, look no further. Absolute perfect locations. Not an exaggeration. Great hosts. Had a small problem with the room the first night. They instantly put me in another room (a better room since it had its own bathroom), fixed the problem by the next day, but allowed me to stay in that room the next night as well. Responded quickly to all questions or comments I had. The free breakfast is a pastry and coffee at the shop next door which both pastry and coffee are pretty incredible (FYI I’m not a coffee drinker). If you can deal with sharing a bathroom, this place is for you (I never had to fight for the bathroom at all, and never saw anyone else actually. Only 2 other rooms and I assume they don’t have bathrooms in them).

Great location to be near all the nightlife in Trastevere area. There are several bars & restaurant right by it. The Room & bathroom were small, but it was fine, and was decorated well. We arrived late but they were great about coordinating with us to pick up the keys at a really close bar. We left early the following morning and they helped to arrange a ride to the airport as well. I think the price is good for this property.

My guests didn’t like hotel checked out of Core De Roma in 2 hours. That place is ideal for boys..kind of hostel rooms located in very old scary building with 5 keys to enter the room. No ways meant for family or couple on honeymoon. Keys was to be collected from a bar 100m from hotel.

Bien situado al lado del Tiber y a pocos minutos andando del centro turístico. La habitación muy ruidosa por tener un bar justo debajo que abría hasta las 2-3 de la mañana. El mobiliario básico, cama bastante dura y las almohadas tan finas que parecía que las habían vaciado de todo relleno. En nuestro baño despues de ducharnos se salía el agua por una fisura entre la pared y el suelo. Esperabamos un hotel y se trata de una casa que a base de poner tabiques han conseguido pequeñas habitaciones, por lo que también oyes lo que ocurre en todas las habitaciones.

Ótima localização, bom custo/benefício.

O lugar é ótimo. Apenas um andar de um prédio histórico muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso no Trastevere. Um ponto negativo é que o ar condicionado interno não atendeu ao calor de Roma no verão. O café da manhã é ótimo, em um café localizado ao lado do prédio.

First: the property manager was awesome, Responsive & helpful. The bldg, location & room is what was horrible. The location is central to everything but there’s a nightclub right below the room! There was a full on club scene ALL NIGHT LONG. Between the loud water pipes/toilet & breaking bottles and loud voices we did not sleep at all. The exterior of the bldg looks like it’s condemned but the interior is ok. Hallways are narrow & rooms super small- difficult to maneuver. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!

Great staff and amazing location!

We were greeted by Alessia wonderfully and the owner when we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave full explanations on what was near us and how to get there. My mother and I really enjoyed our stay here, especially the location. We will definitely stay here again on our next travels to Rome.

Great Location and Hotel

Excellent hotel in an awesome neighborhood in walking distance to cool bars and all the sites. At first, it was very hard to find as there is no sign, it's behind a gate between a bar and some military guards. However, I eventually found the button to get buzzed in, and although it was late at night, the front desk person was very helpful in checking me in. The room was large, it was very clean and modern, bed was comfortable, and you even get a voucher to a cool breakfast place right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and neighborhood when visiting Rome.

Veldig sentralt beliggenhet som er et stort pluss. Lite rom, men en skal jo ikke bruke mye tid på rommet under en storbyferie uansett. Minuset var aircond som bråkte veldig og som vi måtte skru av på natta, noe som gjorde at det ble veldig varmt. Pluss for stort kjøleskap.

Lille værelse med det nødvendige

Her er de ting man skal bruge og til prisen er det super. Beliggenhed i Trastevere er kanon. Værelset havde en lidt underlig lugt og der er lidt larm fra gaden, men det er hvad man kan forvente. Det kan være lidt svært at finde da det kort vi brugte og Google maps tror at det er bygningen ved siden. Det er ekstra problematisk at der ikke står at jerngitteret er lukket det meste af tiden. Så man ser det ikke lige med det samme. Men så kan man ringe til Claudio.

Bem ,o local do Core Suítes é muito bom para quem quer ficar no meio da muvuca em Trastevere.Eu adorei a localização .O problema que como não é um hotel ,tivemos complicação no check in.No site vem escrito a partir da 13:00,aí você imagina que terá alguém depois desta hora em diante.O dono entrou em contato somente no dia,perguntando meu horário de chegada ,como estava sem Wi-Fi nem vi,tivemos que esperar 40 minutos para entrar no local.Eles têm que correr atrás do hóspede bem antes da data de entrada e não você ,que está com tel de outro país e a ligação e contato ficam difíceis.O quarto também muito pequeno, o chuveiro muda de temperatura a cada hora e pela manhã acordava não com o barulho de fora ,pois tem janela acústica ,mas tinha um barulho cedo dentro do prédio.Vale pela localização ,um quarto médio ,se você não liga para conforto ok.Achei caro para o que é ,não voltaria.

Clean and nice place to stay in

Stayed for more than ten days. Housekeeping was done everyday without fail. The room we stayed were abit noisy at night as there's a bar just below our window. And it's crowded every night! The neighbourhood is full of food choices at night too. The person in charge, Claudio, is very friendly and warm. Good place to stay in!
