The location is amazing and the size of our room was incredible for Rome!!!! The hotel seemed a little tired, and we had issues with our heat the first night, but I would recommend this hotel as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our first time in Rome!!

A very sweet place to stay in the heart of Rome! Their staff greeted us at the door and were very accommodating. Their continental breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about this place. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain and many delicious restos!

Excellent service by the front desk reception host, Ricardo. Rooms were clean and a good size. Very convenient area in Rome for sightseeing and shopping. The front desk was nice enough to pack up breakfast for us and have it waiting on the day of our (early) departure. Very satisfied. Thank you to all of the staff!

Charme Spagna was one of the highlights of our trip and provided a cozy and relaxing environment while my wife and I stayed in Rome. The location is second to none, you are in the middle of Romes city center. 5 min walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi, 8ish minute walk to the Pantheon, 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum, and 6 mins from 2 different Metro stations. As well as being surrounded by great restaurants and gelaterias, it is the best for maximizing your stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Claudia and the rest of the staff will help you with anything and with a welcoming smile. All in all a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

the reception area is so cute and lovely, the rooms very comfortable, the breakfast area fully stacked all the time with complimentary cookies, tea and coffee. The terrace was lovely to sit and enjoy a cup of flavoured tea or a coffee, the rooms were so well cleaned and and the shower was amazing. All the toilet amenities were also daily replenished by our lovely cleaner DIANA our special thanks to all the staff for making our stay lovely but a special shout out to the 3 ladies @ the reception desk.especially Claudie for lending us her phone charger as ours did not work and for bringing our bags to the taxi and BIG THANK YOU TO SARA WHO TOOK SO MUCH TIME AND TROUBLE TO PLAN OUR TRIP TO CAPRI. without her we would have missed out from doing the trip. Honestly a memorable trip would definately recomend as its also so close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain.5 minutes either way from the hotel. lovely trip.

Staff went above and beyond. Nice covered patio which also is part of breakfast area. We spent 5 nights there and walked to all tourist sites, never needed Metro or taxi. Transport to hotel on arrival and at departure to train worked like a charm.
