The property condition, cleanness, the staff was great. What we liked was the location. It is very close ro the subway, but far enough from crowds, so, there is no noice during the night from parties etc. Would be great if there were some minimal cutlery (spoon, fork, etc.) and a couple of plates, as you often want to buy some sweets (maybe some pastries?) and have difficulties sharing them with a loved one.

Starting off, the hotel was very clean. The host who checked us in was very accommodating as well. I am astounded that I can access almost any point of Rome from our hotel. There was a bus stop right in front of the property and a few steps from it. Access to the Metro subway was also right there. Anything else, most of our itinerary was just a walking distance. My only complaints were the beds. It was creaking every time you turn. The electricity cut-off was a little bit of a hassle as well. We couldn't leave the room if we need our devices charged or to keep some drinks cold in the fridge. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others for the access convenience to everywhere.

The property is in perfect location, everything is close by walking distance. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was offering taxi service for €80 if there is a flat rate €55 from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, the floor could be cleaner (we had our socks very dirty from it), but they do offer flip flops, but our toddler couldn’t use them anyway. Overall, our stay was pleasant

The bed was good, the room was small but clean. The WIFI was stable but not secure. No restaurant on site but 4 were available within a block. Less than a block to the Metro but the Metro is not handicap accessible. Three blocks to a tour bus.

This hotel Is actually attached to a Capuchin monastery and is pretty basic, but very clean and convenient to many of Rome’s tourist highlights.

Hardest place to find. Walk into a building that does not look like a hotel then get lift to second floor. Not the only one as met others on street looking how to enter this was around 9 pm

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and a great size for our family of 3. The Metro was just a block away, so super convenient for travel around the city. Hotel was walkable to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We ate at both restaurants acorss the street, and they were were both wonderful.

We had a great stay at Casa Cappuccini!!! Beds were comfortable, very clean, great shower. The staff was very nice and patient with all our questions. They helped us get a ride to airport.

The afternoon concierge was wonderful!! He gave us a map around town, told us where a few things were located along with how far away in walking distance. The day we were checking out was a different concierge in the morning with a different personality he shouldn't have come to work that day. It was if we were bothering him, as soon as we walked up told us to leave hotel key on counter and that was it. We mentioned to him we were told we could store our luggage after check out so he then pointed over to a closet for us to place our luggage. He definitely should not be working in a hospitality industry because he doesn't have any. Very rude!!! We stayed at this location because it states they have A/C, the thermostat says 19 degrees Celsius which it didn't feel that way. It felt more along the lines of 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. Also, in our shower there was mildew towards the top of the walls. There were only 2 plug outlets in entire room, 1 in main room area and 1 in the bathroom makes it slightly challenging with 4 people needing to charge items. Location was within good walking distance. Subway/train access across the street .

This a very simple property, very clean and very sweet staff. My mother and I stayed here and really appreciated the elevator as she is elderly and struggles with stairs. The location was great. Fairly close to the Trevi and Spanish steps with nice cafes and shops in walking distance. The metro stop is literally in front of the hotel and the taxi stop is one block away. Great, safe area. Only complaint was there is no iron available and the blow dryer would take an eternity to dry your hair. Lol There is also only soap available in the bathroom. However, the bathroom is one of the largest Ive seen in Italy. No breakfast or room service options but if your ok with simple accommodations this is great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean. Very quiet. A simple and basic hotel room. If you are looking for a hotel close to the Metro, you cannot beat the location! This is not the hotel if you are looking for room service or luxury. Hotel room does tea kettle, refrigerator and safe. The staff is very friendly and are happy to arramge a car service to airport.
