The breakfast is fantastic and the breakfast area is spacious with lots of entertainment for children. There is a grocery store just across the street. The staff explained the area so well and gave recommendations. They also offered to arrange taxis.

Convenient store cross street for groceries, bus stop a few meters down street, train station one block away with free water fountain to replenish, super friendly staff, thank you Alessandra for all the help and attention provided. The area around the property is nice, but the walk to the train station passes some abandoned buildings with graffiti and unkempt walkways. A longer alternative route is nicer. The hotel is cute and nice and clean, and felt safe. Some lights were out in the bathroom and some outlets in the room did not work. The bed was very firm and the pillows were thin. Walking distance to Trastevere was longer than expected due to hills and roads not walkable.

My daughter had a great stay at Bloom Hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. I am horrible with names but It was two young man who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. On the day we arrived to Italy, there was a National taxi and Uber strike. We had no transportation from the airport to the hotel. When I called the hotel they guided me how to take a shuttle and train. They were in constant communication with us. We walked less than 5 minutes and we arrived. What a chaos, no transportation, lacking the language. But every person we encountered was very friendly. I will definitely return to the hotel. We intent to stay longer. It’s only a 10 min walk to the Vatican so it was very convenient. There’s plenty of great places to eat around. Definitely happy we chose this Hotel.

We booked a family room, which was essentially two rooms connected together. Each room had its own bathroom and its own patio. Although it was advertised that we would have king beds I believe we actually both had queen beds. One of the bathrooms was not remodeled and was very small while the other room had a fully remodeled bathroom, that was huge. Unfortunately, the newly remodeled bathroom had some leakage issues. There was no shower door which essentially allowed water to leak out onto the tile. After two people would shower the floor would start to smell bad like moldy water. That was the only downside, otherwise the hotel was lovely and was very safe behind a gated community.

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable. room had a balcony overseeing the St. Pietro Basilic, just like in the picture. Bus to the main parts of Rome 3 minutes. Walk to vatican city. Nice places to eat and staff recommendations were awesome. Game room is nice for the kids whenever they don't want to walk the city.

The property had amenities like arcade, common area with tables and chairs, a table tennis and an outdoor picnic area. But the hotel staff failed to inform us about this and we only discovered them after the checkout. The front desk staff who checked us in and out was very rude. The room was old, musty, dark with lack of furniture. The area was a little away from all the sites that we wanted to visit. So we ended up taking a taxi each time.

We stayed at the Bloom on recommendation of a friends friend (Italian) who stayed here when she had to be in Rome for an appointment. The property was amazing. Small fridge in the rooms perfect for water bottles. Great towels/sheets/mattresses and shampoo/soap that smelled amazing. Michela was superb! She helped us with transportation upon our checkout, restaurant suggestions etc. the entire front desk staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was great as were the 2 game rooms for the adults/kids. Breakfast was well stocked and the decor throughout was lovely. A 5 min walk to St. Peter’s square- cannot beat that!!! Will definitely stay again upon our Roman trips!

Puedes ver el Vaticano desde tu ventana si así lo solicitas. Te dejar hacer estoy check in sin cobrarte. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y puedes ver Netflix desde tu cuenta. Es un hotel que no es viejo y puedes caminar al Vaticano. Solo el baño de las áreas comunes estaba MUY sucio pero de ahí en fuera el lugar me encantó. Y Iago el de recepción fue muy atento.
