The location is perfect, walking distance to most attractions, amazing restaurants and dessert places. The room was 10/10 for cleanliness and the lovely hostess Gulia made sure we had clean towels, sheets and the bathroom was cleaned daily. Gulia was extremely helpful and recommended sites and restaurants to visit. Overall such a lovely experience thank you, will definitely book with you again next time we’re in Rome!

The staff was very friendly, she was nice to allow us to check in late due to our flight arriving late. She showed us a map of key monuments to see during our trip and how to travel around the city. The room was a good size and very clean. Some very good options of restaurants within walking distance.

Guilia was a fantastic host and made our stay very pleasant. She had great recommendations and took very good care of the place. The location is also great, close to all the major attractions and lots of great restaurants in the area.

good place, very central.

The plage were nice for people who’s in Rome for sightseeing. we were 3 people so maybe a little small, but perfect for 2. The service were good, got the information we needed to visit Rome. Just have some coins, you need to pay some taxes when you there.

Stressful finding parking but once it came to checking in Guilia made things so easy. She gave us a map with tons of recommendations and made the overall stay that much better.

Don’t ever stay here. Not worth it all. AC bathroom bedroom issues and manager desk right outside room. Manager Julie is very rude and overcharges for rooms at this poor level of no space and comfort. She wants only cash and all upfront and should not be on Expedia or any other reputable website. I would not give any stars. False good ratings. Stay away and find better place for your visit.

So many things went wrong with this BnB. Giulia (the BnB owner) contacted me 1 day before the check in & said that she needed me to pay her cash because her credit card machine was broken. This was not the agreement, but it was too late for me to cancel and find another hotel, so I had no choice. When we arrived at the BnB, Giulia was not there to check us in; someone at the building just gave us the key and said it was "self-check in," which was not on the website. The BnB was NOTHING like how it was described or pictured. The "BnB" was in an old, dingy office building, and the "reception area" was just a cramped desk. Our room was dark and dingy, and the beds were more like tiny cots. The closet was missing a knob, and everything seemed to be decades old. It was like a cheap hostel room, except it was over 200 euros per night! Moreover, the internet did not work. When Giulia finally came to the BnB to meet us, we told her that we were not happy with the situation and wanted to change our reservation from 3 nights to 1 night. Giulia became extremely upset and started yelling at us. We told her that we did not have enough cash for 3 nights and that we could not stay there without the internet because we needed it for work. She kept yelling at us. I contacted Expedia. Only after Expedia talked to Guilia she fixed the internet and the credit card machine suddenly worked again! And she said the A/C was not in service until June, with surcharge. She was rude and unprofessional.

Det lå super godt i forhold til byen, var dog svært at finde, idet at der kun var et lille navneskilt på dørtelefonen Men super sød værtinde. Vi skulle dog betale 30 euro for at tjekke ind om aften Morgenmaden kostede 5 euro pr dag, hvilket vi ikke brugte. Dette bestod af tørrer brød og ikke særlig indbydende

Kein entgegenkommender Kundenservice, man fühlt s!

ACHTUNG, der check-in in der Woche ist nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Danach ist die Verantwortliche sehr stur und nicht entgegenkommend. Ich hatte dies nicht gelesen und wurde daher streng gemaßregelt. Überhaupt ist die Verantwortliche passiv aggressiv, was die Stimmung irgendwie drückt. Keine Kundenservice. Man traut sich kaum eine Frage zu stellen, Informationen zur Stadt werden einem aufgedrängt, auch wenn man sagt, man benötigt sie nicht. Für eine zusätzliche Person im Zimmer wurde vor Ort ein viel zu hoher Preis verlangt mit der Begründung, dass die Preise im Moment überall so hoch wären. Auch handelt es sich um eine Unterkunft in einer Wohnung in einem Appartmentgebäude. Die Zimmer sind sauer und ruhig, die Lage nah von Rom Hauptbahnhof. Für das Frühstück bekommt man Kaffee und eingepackte Kekse im Zimmer, dies ist aber für drei Personen zu klein, um dort zu frühstücken.

オーナーさんがとっても協力的で優しかったです。電車の乗り方や、お買い物のtipsなどを教えてくれました。 Nespressoのコーヒー飲み放題、常にクッキーが置いてあり、お水も大きいボトルで頂けました。夏のローマはとっても暑かったので、お水をたくさん用意して頂けたのは本当に助かりました。ローマに行くならおすすめします。

Great Place to stay in Rome

Adorable B&B in the heart of Rome! Easy walk from Rome Termini. This hotel is located on the 4th floor of an office type building. The Doorway says Morelli. Make sure you knock really hard as the doorbell is usually disabled.

Instalaciones y ubicación bien, lo decepcionante fue a nuestra llegada, comprendo que tiene horario de check in, nuestra llegada se demoró y llegamos a eso de las 9 pm, llamé al número de contacto y me contesta una señorita muy enojada argumentando que me estuvo intentando contactar y que era ya tarde por lo que le tomaría una hora llegar, le comenté que comprendía ,le ofrecí una disculpa, expliqué que no tenía el roaming activado pues me es caro así como sólo lo usé por emergencia cómo en el caso que describo, finalmente llegó, se baja del auto muy molesta, estábamos sentados en la puerta del edificio, nos habló de muy mala manera diciendo que no podíamos estar ahí sentados, le expliqué que no teníamos más dónde esperar, al momento de hacer el check in su actitud grosera continuaba por lo que tuve que decirle que así como ella estaba molesta yo también pues no contaba con lo sucedido, después de eso se calmó un poco, nos cobraron 30 euros por el late check in, se ofreció a que si necesitábamos algo podíamos mandarle mensaje o llamarla, la verdad hasta temor daba preguntarle pues todo parecía molestarla, en fin! Un día decidimos preguntarle indicaciones para poder llegar a la estación del tren, ella estaba con otro huésped por lo que esperamos mientras tanto llegaron otros huéspedes que también esperaron a ser atendidos, terminó con el que estaba y procedió a ayudar a las personas que llegaron después de nosotros, parecía le caímos mal y nos evitaba, muy mal! No recomendable!
