The service is very nice.cerena was very nice even explained and suggested where to go around and where to eat.nathalia was very nice even prepared breakfast infront of you and they even asked you what coffee you like to your preference.overall great experience.

The staff are communicable. Even if late at night when our key got broken, the staff replied and let us in. The building looked old but it is high tech when it comes to access. There is no microwave but it has cooking tools that allowed us to cook.

Lovely places. Very quiet and Comfy.

ROOM IS CLEAN. Andrea is very nice person. Breakfast is so good and hearty. LOVED. Bed is a bit difficult to sleep well, not too comfortable. Bed needs to be changed. HOWEVER, All the REST was so good. Friendly. Very easy to chat with. Location is a bit far away from the main city but so quiet that I would like to re-visit again. THANK YOU!

The beds are not very comfortable. You can hear the shower in other rooms. Poor communication, we weren't given a security code and had to rely on a helpful local to help us. Woke up at 3 am due to some loud guests arriving late and chatting and laughing in the kitchen.

Bed bugs, bad bed and unethical behavior

I woke up the middle of my first night at the property with bites all over my arms and legs. Turned on the lights and found several bed bugs. The owner said he had never had this problem before and moved me to another room. The bed was very uncomfortable and I found it impossible to sleep. The pain went said nobody had ever complained about the bed before. The next day I read through the reviews and found that others in the last few months had found bed bugs as well as complained about the beds. I realized I could not trust the owner and left early to find another hotel. The bed bug bites (more than 20) grew bigger over the next few days despite treatment, and made it very difficult for me to work. The owner offered me only 10% reimbursement for my inconvenience (which is ann insult given that even 5 days later I’m still itching considerably from the bites and lost a lot of sleep and was unable to concentrate during my conference) — and that too only after signing a paper agreeing not to post bad reviews or contact Expedia! I refused. This is unethical behavior and such proprietors should be investigated and penalized. Avoid this property and look elsewhere!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o quarto era bem decorado e muito confortável. A acomodação está localizada próximo ao ponto de ônibus o que facilita o acesso a toda a cidade. Só temos a agradecer a Serena e ao seu filho Andrea pela recepção e principalmente pela ajuda , no último dia, quando o nosso carro quebrou. Até breve! Muito obrigada!!!

Riscontro più che positivo. Struttura situata a poca distanza dalle mura vaticane, in una traversa di Via Aurelia, raggiungibile comodamente con Bus n. 45 e 46 con fermata fuori la strada. Camera con bagno pulita e accogliente, colazione deliziosa con prodotti da forno non industriali. Consigliatissimo.

Room was spacious. Fridge, dishwasher, small washing machine, and large shower were available in the space, the owner and son were very nice. Parking was available in the street. Had to pay 89 Euro extra for 3 nights (4 people). This was acceptable due to the good pricing I received through Orbitz. Location was a little over 1 kilometer from the Vatican Museum entrance. There was also a bus stop within one block. Overall, very pleased!

We can really recommend this accommodation. It’s close to metro and bus in a quiet street but still central. You can park your car in this street, too. The rooms are nice and clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Ein hübsches ruhiges Zimmer in der Nähe von Vatikan in einem Altbau. Bis zu Sehenswürdigkeiten muss man 10-15 min. mit dem Bus fahren. Das Frühstück war immer individuell und liebevoll zubereitet. Ab und zu roch seltsam im Zimmer. Ansonsten eine gute und preiswerte Unterkunft mit seht netten und freundlichen Besitzer.
